Man, this current stretch we are on is brutal.... Winning that last one would have made this potential loss easier. I don't wanna lose back to back games tho. I hope we find a way to get it done.

BIG GAME OBVIOUSLY.

GET THE MO BACK & spike STEPH’S pre game water with a sedative.
Klay is starting to ball again & Draymond is back - uggh.

Rejoin the first team All NBA Jayson.
Wake the **** up, Jaylen.
Start shooting & MAKING, Derrick.
Take care of the ball, Marcus.
Keep being solid as ****, Al & Rob.
Refind your shot, Grant - he has missed everything for multiple games in a row.

And, for goodness sake, Truth, lose the 25-30 pounds you have gained.
You are the Truth - not a blimp headed for Type 2 DM & dyslipidemia.
SamIam 2010: Truth's ability to play so incredibly efficiently is so UNDERAPPRECIATED. Bballcool 2012: Amazing how great Pierce has been for so long. Continues to defy age! KG 2013: P is original Celtic. Wherever he goes, we go. This is The Truth's house.

Let's also hope JB gets his three-ball back. Everyone other than him and the new guys has been shooting 37%+ from 3 since trade deadline.

The hope has to be that as things settle in, Udoka and and the team can continue to build things out. First it was the switch all system. As that was mastered, Udoka threw in all the different nuances and schemes off the defense in and they adapted to that.

Next came the offense and the ball movement until those became settled. Hopefully this last stretch will be enough for the team to learn what to do when other teams adapt to our base strategies, both offensively and defensively. Just because we’ve a long way, doesn’t mean we can’t still improve !

I’ve said it in other places but I’ll repeat it here; the ceiling of this team (not floor) is the 2nd highest in the east imo. Consider our fortune to have such a team with its core locked up and options to build on.

Tatum’s rapid ascent has put us in a very nice situation and no matter where the season goes (unless smth truly disastrous like losing the bulls in the first round happens), considering where we started the season, this has been a massive succes.

To me, we came in with an evaluation mind set; what does this team have and need to be a contender. Turns out it’s a lot less then I figured !

On the road against the warriors with klay, steph and curry all back and all playing well. We've got to be clear underdogs in this one. We haven't had one of these games in awhile - where we're not supposed to win. Maybe we'll lose and it'll just be on to the next one (because we're not supposed to beat these guys anyways) or maybe our guys will relish the underdog role, they'll bring out their best game to try and beat the best, they'll put a great game plan together and somehow come out with the win.

We'll see. I'm just hoping for a good game with no injuries..

We've got an extra day top prepare for these guys so who knows. And sometimes we play our best basketball when we're playing a contender.

The way the warriors space the floor, move the ball really quickly and can hit 3's. I wouldn't be surprised if we don't see Pritchard in this game - or if we do, we'll see very little of him. He was running around like a chicken with his head cut off in the mavs game trying to keep up with the mavs spacing and quick passes out on the perimeter, which led to open 3's being made. If Nesmith is healthy, perhaps he gets some mins in this game cause we know he can fly around on defense and get out on those shooters better with his speed, athleticism, size and length..

Well we're clear underdogs here but the Warriors I'm pretty sure still don't have Draymon Green.

Also Klay is having a Hayward experience on defense coming back from an injury but he's still big.

I'm not feeling great about this one, but if we're going to beat the Warriors this year this isn't the worst time to catch them.

Draymond Green played last night vs. the Wizards. He didn't look limited. They're at home, have a day of rest, and unless we hear he's had an unexpected setback of some sort, he's playing in this game.

Klay has been shooting well as of late, Curry just found his stroke, Poole has been cooking since ASB, and they've found a new weapon in Kuminga.

Probably still not worst time to catch them, but this is gonna be a major challenge hehe. In any case, like Brad used to say, each of them just counts as one game. I expect a fun, competitive matchup as long as we're focused/prepped and Tatum isn't stymied by their D.

We always play good at GS. Having Draymond back is huge for them, though.

Just don`t let them run loose, play hard defense and we can win this one...

Oh **** Green came back last night?

Dammit haha yeah well there goes my hope lol. I guess we've caught more than enough breaks this year in the opponent injury department but I know that was the big X factor for them. Can they turn it around with Green back.

Yeah Kuminga post all star break reminds me a lot of a rookie Tatum on our contending teams. Doing his thing playing a limited role, probably has a lot more to show if they unleash him next year. 14.5 ppg 5 rebounds on great efficiency.

This sounds made up. And yet we know it isn't. Also shows how important Draymond is to what they do and how much he makes Curry's life easier.

Hey just remember if the Celtics win one or two posters will say it's not a quality win because the Celtics caught the Warriors playing for the 2nd time in 3 days.

Return to Boston Celtics
