Preventing Kyrie from playing has zero basis in science under these circumstances. Zero.

Kyrie needs to get the shot and end this once and for all.... his hair ain't gonna turn green or anything. Get the shot, put this farce to rest.

While rates are low now, who knows when the next flare up in cases comes thus bringing back another form of mandate.... we're not out of the woods nor we will be anytime soon. Its a long game we're playing....

I won't credit him for some Hero. He's a guy who made a personal choice(dumb imo) and shouldn't be freed of criticism nor be treated differently than any other citizen in the state of NY.

Get the shot, end it. Protect your fam, protect you and win the chip!

China is having its biggest covid outbreak since 2020 and Europe is seeing a spike in cases (after removing mandates). I was optimistic New York would eventually let Kyrie play home games but now I'm less certain.

Yeah, and I've read that the findings in waste water around the country are hinting at an omicron variant is already here.

This is a nightmare. Nevermind basketball, I am just at my wits end with this virus.

New variant incoming. Who knows what happens.

Restrictions could possibly come back. I don't think this employer mandate is going anywhere.

This team is cooked. Shut down KD.

I don't want him to get overused and injured.

This is big news. If the Yankees players can't play it will be a way bigger story. People will freak out. Especially NY media.

BTW does anyone know if Kyrie can play at MSG?

Does that count as his workplace?

New Variant doesnt matter util mortality rates say it matters.

infection rates are no longer relevant. its whether or not its dangerous

Boston created an exemption for athletes and entertainers a long time ago.

Its not some crazy thing Adams would have to do. He could have avoided this whole situation by doing that from the start.

Now its time to do it. Yankees/Mets not being able to play is going to look horrible for him. Can you imagine Aaron Judge being unable to play in Yankees staidum?

NYers will lose their mind. One of the most famous teams in the world.

If he's smart he'll take this chance to change the rules. It lets him save face a bit that he didn't fold to Kyrie/Nets who he has made his poster child to show his strength he could play the card that sport is a huge part of New York and that he is going to give exemptions to athletes in a step to return to normal.

Won't be politically tenable for him.

If Aaron Judge can't play at Yankees games then the NY media will lose their minds.

My only fear is these players have more sense than Kyrie. And just all got vaccinated.

If Judge/Yankees cant play opening day, the city will crumble.

Fans/media dont care about the nets. yankees are an institution. Steinbrenner would reach out of his grave to choke out adams

You can't compare NYC to any other state like at all. We got UN, Wall St etc here.

Hoping GOP corporations will support anti vax movement here in NYC is silly. They'll get destroyed in all aspects. They ditched on GOP voters when they came here, they definitely won't even bother to think about fans.

CBS reported that mask mandate been extended till April 18. I can guarantee you guys City Hall will stay firm till than.

As it been said before. Flat Earth creature needs to get vaccinated period. It's right thing to do if he cares about our community.

I'm sure Adams will quickly add an exception for outdoor sports just to F us over one last time before they lift the mandate once we're bounced from the playoffs

How Flacco was able to play for Jets while being unvaccinated? And that happened during De Blasio.

 this is how desperate we've become, we have to cheer on Aaron Judge and other antivax Yanks to be as stupid as Kyrie is.

Adams is going to get run out of town if the Yankees can't field their entire team at home. Hopefully these dudes hold firm

and why would I say that?

Because this rule is not about public health and safety. It's a bogus political ploy because the piece of sh*t fired a bunch of city workers a few weeks before he lifted indoor venue rules for the public. He's an idiot, but clearly you don't have to be smart to be a cop or the mayor of NYC.

The Jets play in New Jersey. We don't have morons like Adams running things here.
