Classic case of grass isn't always greener. I've watched a few sixers games since the trade and man.. it is depressing basketball

WTF happened. Kyrie is in his absolute prime.

You missed the greatest scoring game in Nets franchise history lol

Deron Williams’s 57 doesn’t even compare.

What a special performance. We are heating up at the right time.

Looks like Kyrie was right, we don't need a coach when you just outtalent people. We've been bitching all season about Nash and this pathetic underperforming team but all it took was KD and Kyrie on court together to solve everything.

How about the Kyrie chants from the Magic crowd….., Very classy, you don’t see that too often

Bro we already beat the Bucks and waxed the Sixers.

Just need Kyrie. Thats the problem.

Was thinking about the losses to Toronto and Miami, but we didn't have Kyrie for either. And we got smoked by the Celtics with both KD and Kyrie. But yeah, it's actually not as bad as I was thinking.

Harden made a colossal mistake leaving this duo.

We would have ran through the league. Even with Kyrie part time.

On the other hand, we wouldn't be playing like this if Harden was still here. We'd be playing at a snails pace, playing 4 v 5 on defense and watching 22 second iso possessions resulting in a bricked stepback 3 in the clutch. Yuck

If Harden didn't quit we would.

He complimented KD and Ky perfectly last year.

Idiot chose to force a trade though. Now hes stuck having to close games himself.

Man we need this at the Clays. The place would be ELECTRIC.

He is 29. he is in the middle of his prime, at last year/this year is his PEAK. he is at the cross section of experience + skill + strength + athleticism.

I mean Kyrie just single handedly beat the bucks and then we waxed the sixers by 30.

What an amazing game... i said on page 1 before the game i thought it was important we continue to stomp people when KD/Kyrie both play and we did just that and then some. my thoughts:

1) top seeds are pissing themselves right now watching this. Media throws their nonsense all regular season but we saw it last year and we are seeing it now. Playoff Kyrie + Playoff Durant are different animals. the difference is these guys have played in so many huge games vs. all time great teams/opponents that no moment ever can shake them. And no 2 players other then lebron have been hounded by the media more, so nothing in between games can shake them. if we can somehow make it out of the play in and the mandate is dropped, we have as good a chance as anyone

2) Kyrie dropping 60 is so poetic. for one it bumps that loser dwill from the record books and puts the home grown prodigal son as the franchises top scorer all time. Did it 1 night after KAT dropped 60 and did it right after all the theatrics around Eric Adams. Kyrie is a cool cucumber man. really special night for the nets/kyrie/fans.

3) you know it a special game when you stop looking at the score of the game in the 3rd quarter. normally even with a big lead im doing the math to see what our lead is every possesion. but i tuned out on the scoreboard mid third. the game was over and it was just a performance by Kyrie. opposing fans cheering his name.

4) This was a SHOW. it wasnt just the 60, it was how efficient it was. usually 60 point games is a chuck fest late to stat pad. Kyrie hit tough shots all night. circus layups in traffic. all this game was really missing was a Kyrie Dunk. that would have really been the icing on the cake.

5) This is why you dont trade kyrie. because this is the ceiling you get with Kyrie... you get beating contenders by 30 with kyrie. you get single handedly beating the champs with kyrie... you get 40 point blow out wins where he sets records with kyrie. your not getting that ceiling trading for beal or some nonsense cj mccollum package or whatever. maybe his availability is shaky, but you live with that for the ceiling.

6) KD basically got to rest this game. didnt play much and when he did it was basically just cheering Kyrie on. thats huge with the back to back and playing tommorow. also good for guys like patty to see some shots go down and in general the team on a high. a win tommorow really buils some great momentum.

He missed over 4 years in his 11 year career if we going to count by games. It's not fair for other players and at the same time for Kyrie depending on how you look at it.

Harden? Same era right. Stat wise Kyrie ain't even close but, if we going to consider who'll be better player at age 33.... I think it's pretty safe bet to say Kyrie, even if we take his Injury concers.

THIS is how you handle bad teams. Earlier in the season we would be in dog fights with bad teams. It seems like the chemistry is starting to pick up as well. We’re peaking at the right time.

If you're looking for a guy to build around, a franchise guy it's gotta be Harden all day. You put the right role players around him in the Dantoni system and you're going to be a mid to high tier playoff team. Hes consistent and durable, you can count on the guy (as long as it's before the 2nd round of the playoffs)

However if I'm looking to actually win a title. As a 2nd option on a title contender, I'll take Kyrie 11 times out of 10 over Harden. He's much less ball dominant, better defensively and offensively had a gear Harden doesn't have in the playoffs. Kyries game isn't gimmicky and dependent on soft whistles, if anything he's even better in the playoffs because he's more locked in mentally.

He's too impatient and could have waited. Let's be honest. KD and Kyrie would both close the game for him vs Now...

I do not see any scenario 76ers would win a chip unless luck is with them. (For example, Playoff opponents always have a key player injured like the 2015 Warriors).

We did ok vs bad teams earlier in the season. We struggled vs good teams.

Yeah i don't think KD is one of those cats that care about clothes and what not when coming to hoop. He and Joe Harris are probably the two guys on the team that don't care about any of that stuff.

Watch him get negated a contract and try to force his way back to Brooklyn on a minimum. I would be laughing my ass off.
