Re: 2022 NFL Draft discussion
Easy solution would be to trade our pick #28 and move back for early 2nd rounders in addition to whatever else you can pry out.

No more Adams. If we got a guy with the talent and immediate impact of Jefferson, I doubt Rodgers would ignore him. Hell, he'd automatically become our best WR.

Rodgers is always going to have guys he trusts and doesn't trust, and the next time a rookie is the former will be the first.

You need cap space to flip picks for vet. We just traded Adams with the idea that we will be resigning Campbell, Douglas, maybe MVS, etc.
Just don't see it happening but never say never.
Campbell is already signed so we have $20 million in cap space right now. Douglas + MVS + another vet with a relatively low cap hit is pretty doable
However I don't see a lot of trade scenarios for that. Free agent vet is more likely
Campbell is not signed as far as I know, they just agreed to a deal for after sorting out the salary cap, I think.
He did sign. We got below the cap with him under contract

Re: 2022 NFL Draft discussion
Thoughts from anyone on Trey McBride? Apparently the consensus #1 TE and a strong receiver.

Re: 2022 NFL Draft discussion
Is this the most exciting draft the packers will have had in almost a decade? I dont pay attention too close but I cant remember having this many picks in the top half ever?

I'll be going, and I love Davante but it's a pretty sweet consolation prize to watch those picks.
Here's my latest 3 round mock.

I live in Vegas
. I definitely plan on going as well since its in my backyard. You are right, one of biggest drafts to date. Don't remember having 4 picks in the 1st rounds in a long time or ever, lol.

It’d be a miracle if Kenyon Green lasted that long, but ya, sign me up for this.

Pick 22 Ojabo, Pick 29 Jameson Williams
Talk about a swing for the fences......
Neither will fall to those picks and I don't see us taking both but it would be exciting for our future. Both should still be back by midseason at the very least.

Re: 2022 NFL Draft discussion
If Gute can still nab at least 2 offensive playmakers in the early rounds, I don't hate this idea. We drafted Gary when we just signed the Smiths
Still think you need to give Clark some help in the middle if you go defense. Replace Lancaster with someone who isn't a scrub

I was hoping all season we could draft Jordan Davis to line up next to Clark......having those two upfront with a rotation of Slaton/Lowry would make everything else so much easier on defense.
But I think with his combine and how Davis ended the season, he goes too high for us.

I like Wyatt plenty too. But love the idea of adding an impact DT so much

Wyatt would be more of a pass rusher and Davis would be more of a run stuffer right? I think I want the bigger boy

I think that combine put Davis out of reach. Wyatt is still 6'3 310, so not like he is a small guy. But if Davis is there, I'd absolutely love to pair him with Kenny.

Garrett Wilson is ranked higher. I think he has a higher ceiling but Olave has the higher floor. If Wilson is there I'd probably take him over Olave, but I doubt he falls to 22.
