The Jazz are will be on the second night of a back to back after facing the Knicks at the Garden. Their injury report (Which may change for our game ) ....Mike Conley (Right knee maintenance) , Trent Forrest (Wrist questionable), Udoka Azubuike (out), Hassan Whiteside (day to day), Daniel House (out), Bojan Bogdanovich.

On the bright side we don't have to worry about Joe Ingles lighting us up since they traded him.

Oddsmakers have this game pretty close to even.

Our fans deserve to see the Nets win against a good team at home.

We have three games this upcoming week against tough opponents. It is going to be challenge , if we can get strong performances from our role players they are all winnable.

Let's Go !!!!!!!!

The day after he gets vaccinated, Adams would lift the mandate.

Can't we find someone to forge a vaccine card? Kyrie can give a little speech about wanting to be able to play in the playoffs, and deal with the consequences after it leaks out later, potentially after the mandate is rescinded.

Kyrie is **** us with this vax nonsense. We would easily run through teams with him.

Now KD has to carry the offense with Curry as his only help. Absurd.

Yeah, the only white jerseys we’ve worn at home since then was those ‘Bed-Stuy’ jerseys.

We’ve been wearing black at home games since the D’Lo era began.

yeah I don't condone that and yes, that is a felony charge in the state of NY that carries up to 1 year in prison. Kyrie absolutely cannot do that.

It takes two seconds to get the JnJ jab and you don't need a follow up. KD, Marks, and Tsai need to sit down and have a talk with Kyrie because we are not going to win with him not available.

No Conley/Bogs/Whiteside is big. it makes it reasonable we keep this close.

That said, with "just" KD we have proven to be a below average team, and, my biggest fear all season... tape has shown how awful KD is passing out of double teams. so teams are doing it now. Even with snipers Curry and Mills BOTH on the floor our last few opponents have double extremely often.

Nash is not capable of making adjustments and he, our staff, and scouts are incapable of coming together to attack an opponents weaknesses.

We would lose this game WITH Kyrie. without it, its blowout potential we should hope its a 1-2 possesion game late that KD can miracle a win out of.

They have 1 guy you need to worry about in the lineup (Mitchell) and 1 off the bench (Clarkson). we SHOULD give them a double team/force it out of their hands treatment with shooters conley/bogs/ingles not on the floor. but we wont and those guys will combine for 55+ points.

We should make gobert switch and guard in space. but we wont.

Kyrie is not getting the shot. It is a non-basketball related decision for him. as frustrated as it is for us fans, that is the reality. if it was game 7 of the finals at home, he wouldnt get the shot.

So we should turn our focus to the other stubborn moron, who make actually change or be pressured to change at some point.

Kyrie needs to make himself available to play. I'm sorry, but we can rage at d*ck head Adams all day but the onus is on Kyrie to do what is needed so that he can be a full participant. Otherwise, its over. KD can't be expected to carry this team to the finals with 60% of the salary cap on the sidelines. I'm all but ready to just say punt the season.

I am in full agreement that this mandate is now not even backed by science and it's 100% political. But it looks like the city isn't going to budge.

If the alleged multiple antivax Yankees take Kyrie's stance heading into opening day and the city keeps them off the field, then we may see some public backlash that may force Adams' hands. If not, then we are screwed if Kyrie doesn't take the JnJ shot which would allow him to return to full time play the fastest. :nonono:

The Jazz are going to blitz KD with the ball and dare the other guys to hit shots or force KD into multiple turnovers.

The film is out there. Without Kyrie to keep the defense honest we are cooked.

It's a misdemeanor, not a felony. Yes, it can carry up to 1 year in NY, but I'm not sure if the law pertains to non-residents. Outside of suspensions, it seemed nothing came of it for the group of NFL morons that all got falsified vax cards from the same pharmacy with the same date.

I say it mostly in jest. This has been so public, I don't think there's anyway Kyrie can back down and get vaccinated (whether truthfully or fraudulently). That being said, these vaccine cards are such a joke anyway. I was floored when I took my kids to get vaccinated and they just put a sticker stating Pfizer Dose 1 or Dose 2 on there & put the initials of the health network in the signature field. When we forgot my kid's card for the second dose, they loosely put the sticker on a new card & just told me to peel it off & put it on the original card & print the 4 letter acronym of the health network. I'm sure that there are tons of fraudulent cards circulating the globe.

I agree we need Kyrie
I accept it is a reasonable criticism for his stance on vaccines

But the reality is, its not a basketball decision for him and the urgency for us doesnt factor in. Any idea that he SHOULD get the shot is irrelevant because he wont.

I focus on Adams because The shot for Ky is a non-starter.

The staff also wont play to avoid the double. for instance we could keep KD off ball with Dragic/Curry on point and play KD like he is Ray Allen running him off screens and pin downs where he can catch and attack without a double team.

instead the only off-ball action will be a baseline post up, the easiest play to double in basketball

Right. A simple adjustment goes a long way.

I honestly am at a loss as to how Nash is so bad at this. Like I used to watch this dude pick defenses apart. Was that 100% D'Antoni??? my god man
