This is as non news as that Grayson Allen hasnt reached to Caruso report. Two chins wasted one of my boys Jonas' seasons, Pels seriously could have been good with healthy skinny Zion.

Damn shame. Dude looked like a generational talent in his sophomore year.

Still rooting for the kid. Hope he ups his work ethic, prioritizes his health, & doesn't end up being another Ben Simmons.

Zion also might have played his last game in a Pels uniform. I expect NOP to trade him this off-season.

Ben Simmons makes me laugh. Herniated disk and he plans to play this season. A month till playoffs and this guy tries to do insurance scam and play mere weeks later.

Tubby continues to be too fat to play I guess.

Sucks for the Pels.

Zion through three seasons 85 games played.

Greg Oden through three seasons 88 games played (Including playoffs).

Joel Embiid through three seasons 31 games played.

We'll see which direction Zion goes in, next season is probably the tipping point for him.

Well that seems like a big possibility doesn't it? When he gets that big butt of his off that couch playing video games that foot is sure to fracture again if he can't get his weight dropped by like 50 pounds.

This will still won't deter the Knicks from offering him a max contract.

Honestly I feel a bit bad for the pelicans. Seemed like on paper they potentially had something good with with Ball, Williamson and Ingram.

Do you really think there's no link between how heavy he is and his foot injury? C'mon man. Even if his weight had nothing to do with the initial injury, it is surely hindering his rehab process.

well maybe for a period of time (like the beginning of the season) but i can literally confirm it's not currently an issue. Go do some research instead of just blindly speculating, he's with the team again and he doesn't look overweight by any means. The reason he's out for the year is because he had setbacks with the healing of his foot, you can say initially that may have been caused by in part weight issues but that's clearly not the case now, especially considering he's been cleared to ramp up on court activity
