The way things are headed, the Warriors could end up dropping to the 5th seed or even the 6th seed by the end of the season.

The schedule tonight is awesome but all these guys pulling out of big games is putting a damper on the whole thing.

I agree. One by one some big player has a new injury. These are big games for seeding purposes. Now this feels like a freebies for some teams tonight.

The TV execs are going to have some interesting conversations with Silver when the year is over. If there are too many marquee matchups where the players are rested or not playing then they'll start to feel like they're not getting their money's worth especially if it's day-of decisions.

They just lost two of their “winnable” games in the final stretch. Not unreasonable that they could go winless the rest of the way and be in a play-in game.

You may be right. Looking at their schedule, @MIA, @ATL, @MEM, PHX, UTA, @NOLA are all tough without Steph, and no game seems a sure win right now. Plus they have three more B2Bs, which could add another loss or two (@WAS, @SAC, @SAS).

Jazz and Mavs are very likely to finish at or above 51 wins. Denver can also get to 50 or 51 wins, and they have the tie-breaker over the Ws. T'wolves would have to finish really strong, like 7-2 or better, but it's not impossible.

I know. You said KAT is questionable. I’m adding him to the people we know aren’t playing so far. Embiid and Harden just had their game off so I wouldn’t expect them to take another game off
