This is where having Johnson and his MMA resume helps. Heat think they are tough and are getting chippy now with this blowout

Chicago is up 13 on Cleveland in the 4th. We can kill two birds with one stone in 24 hours to get closer to 6th.

Keep shooting Patty.

Better to have this slump now than in the playoffs, ala Joe last season

Remember when Jokic levelled Morris after he gave him a cheap shot? they did nothing but after the game they took a staged photo acting like they were trying to get to the Nuggets locker room

Exactly.

They're a bunch of cowards. Jimmy likes to pretend that he's tough.

Well, if we had no Harden we'd have no outside shooting in Curry, no size n rebounding in Drumond... Ben goes without saying

Marks would have upgraded with a different trade though. Harden is playing at a high level and he would have opened the floor for whatever shooter we got and Kyrie would be back. That big 3 was unstoppable. Drummond is good but not the same dynamic Harden can bring especially for the bench unit.

With what assets to match the Philly package?

Harden or Kyrie were the only legitimate asset to bring value back

Most underrated defense in the NBA, held Jimmy Butler to 2-9 shooting and Herro 5-14 shooting.

Claxton would have been the asset and possibly one of the rookies. A win now situation. Use a trade exception for salary filler, I don’t know how to exactly do it but it can be done by the GM’s. Pacers had assets and another team involved too.
