Why do I get this feeling that Scottie is about to have a career night, he always shows up big when it's against a big name superstar or a ROY competitor.

And with the 6th seed on the line, this game is absolutely a must win.

Not sure, he probably will, he usually plays well anyway with enough rest and being healthy.

The minutes he is playing at this time are just crazy right now.

Notable that nick said at the beginning of the season: "the best metric for how scotty will play will be the amount of minutes he gets".

In anycase....i hope we get everyone, including scotty, some rest days before the play-in/playoffs.

Scottie is due for a big game. He has been rather underwhelming as of late outside of the career night and his touch has been way off the past 2 games. Averaging 39 MPG in 9 games spread across 15 days with a ton of travel probably has something to do with his struggles, so this 2-day break came at a good time. I'm gonna say he's gonna put up a 20/10/5/2/2 type of game.

Side note, I still can't believe there are Magic fans on the GB that think Wagner is on the same level as Scottie/Mobley/Cade lol. I like Wagner and think he could make an all-star game or two in his career, but he has nowhere close to the potential of the leading ROY candidates.

anyone else get the feeling Scottie and Pascal are building a great friendship off and on the court?

It seems like Scottie is willing to learn and listen from Pascal a lot.

It's good for his development to have a mentor on the team.

Is there a stat that tracks field goals made with multiple rim touches? Scottie must be up there with that soft touch.

If they hold onto 6 and stay above the Cavs and Barnes ends the season hot it might be enough to get him ROTY.

If he didn't throw up duds against PHI and CHI, he might already be ahead. Probably should anyway but he still has work to do now. Big performances against the Celtics and Timberwolves would go a long way.
