I've been saying for a while now that I think Trump is probably done as far as being a Presidential candidate. We're just beginning to see some Republicans moving away from him, it's very subtle and pretty underwhelming I know but it's just the beginning. I'm thinking they don't want to alienate the truly right wing cooks, the Q people before the midterms, which is unfortunately quite a large segment of the Republican party at this point. Once the elections are done we may see a more concerted effort to move away from Trump, he's becoming more and more untenable as a politician. The Republicans have other candidates who while playing the Trump card to please the base are far more electable at this point and are more acceptable to the people who really matter: the Billionaire donors who are bankrolling the party.

For some time Ukrainian, US and other intelligence agencies will have been identifying and supplying the territorial defence leaders behind Russian lines, and they have been effective in disrupting Russian supply lines and logistics.

Should Ukraine be split as Putin plans, this will not be a frozen conflict, as Korea is. Nor will it resemble Abkhazia or Chechnya, uneasy though they both remain, under the control of a Russian puppet Ramzan Kadyrov in Chechnya and military occupation in the breakaway Georgian region. Even Afghanistan in the 1980s will pale in comparison.

What I see is that Trump sees himself as a Putin in singularity. While he is as close to an “oligarch” as there is in West terms, Don has higher aspirations.

Case in point. Our current legal system has been impotent in bringing any charges against him. Even the preview of a Government insurrection has been made light of in the media. 1st phase completed.

If we think that it’ll never be possible, look how the use of COVID was used to remove rights in Australia. Plenty of examples of government change all over history of Man.

The Senate passed a law during Trump’s first term that he and Putin could not consummate any deals. Trump doesn’t like to lose, what he did with this tweet was calculated. He just gave Putin an out, if he wants.

I always thought it would be the Al Capone investigations that got him, but now I believe his actions to overthrow the election will nail him for at least some highly convictable counts. Georgia is really going after Meadows and Trump. And the Jan. 6 committee has been doing a great job and will soon be in the daily news with public hearings that are going to stir the pot. And the DOJ just weaponized their prosecution efforts.

When your life takes over I think that is a good decision to let the news pass you by for a while.

How to interpret the mainstream media is a whole other conversation. For future reference, these would be my tips. Don’t listen to anyone who says all media is lies. This is a tactic done to destabilize any truth and it not accurate.

What I do think is true is many platforms do go for clicks so they tend to skew certain angles that will generate buzz. Trump running for office in 2024 is a good example. He is partially senile already and about to be tried and convicted for numerous crimes so the odds of that happening are very low. But centrist media sources love to push it because anti-Trump people fear more years of Trump so they click the story. So that’s an example of BS without actually lying.

If you want alternate news sources in the future, the UK has some good news outlets like The Guardian. Al Jazeera can be very good too at times.

Dig up dirt is a nice way of saying manufacture lies to deceive the American public. If there was legitimate dirt about Joe Biden, it would have already been unleashed during the last election. Seems like the media is still going easy on Republicans and not tying their behavior to the bigger global picture.

Trump is just running his mouth, what needs to be dug up? Burisma is mostly all public and nobody cares about the nepotism and corruption. It was all known before the election, the lefty media didn't talk about it, fox led with it. Nobody is denying any of it. It's on both rotten, corrupt, money burning sides of the aisle and nobody cared. Digging up things about Hunter Bidens personal life? Again, being a crack smoking, thrown out of the navy piece of whore mongering, fathering children out of wedlock crap isn't enough? Like ... what else can they dig up that matters? The most egregious Biden stuff is all un disputed public record.

Biden co-authored the 5 year crack law, and co-sponsored the CCCA and those two bills have been responsible for more unjust incarceration, broken families and utterly corrupt law enforcement than the orange clown could hope to accomplish in 20 years. This is all and was all easy to access public information when the dems nominated this corpse.

We elected a nepotistic, corrupt, awful human being in the last two elections.
1/2 the country voted for each side in the last two elections.
Dirt doesn't matter anymore, the media will just spin it and the people who hate either side will just ignore it.

Maybe it swings some independent / libertarians but for the most part it's a rounding error.
