Because they're arguably a better team?

Heat aren’t better. They are good. But Boston will be fine. Tough shooting game and the game was way too physical. You have to call the game a little tighter IMO.

That, and Boston Celtics had Trouble with ban and Lowry. It happens. BAd 4th Q.

Was there any possession in the 2nd half where Tatum didn't have his hands up?

Can we not dedicate days to legends anymore? We always screw it up by losing in heartbreaking fashion. Hate that this happened on Tommy Night.

Cs sucked at the end, but the refs just are terrible. And I don't just feel that way about this game, the Celtics or any team. I mean the refs are so much worse for whatever reason than any other professional sport. Borderline corrupt.

This is extremely concerning

It is not concerning. Game is physical.

It is to me

I thought Tatum was beyond that type of stuff personally.

I know he's only 24 so maybe he's still maturing but I thought he had matured past that.

I mean I don’t know how much more clearly it needs to be explained. The Heat hard trapped Tatum on the catch the entire 4th quarter.

This is always going to be the concern for the playoffs, because that’s what every team will do against us. It’s just the Heat have much better and more physical defenders than most teams.

They need another good big. It has been obvious all season.

Disappointing. Don't care about seeding now. I'm worried about our offensive execution without Timelord and opponents focusing on Tatum.

Tatum needs to be tougher mentally if he wants to really be next level.

More like Smart needs to shoot better or stop shooting..Smart has 6 turnovers..shot 3/15. This is what teams want him to do

I knew this was going to happen . The Celtics would let a not so good heat team beat them. This team needs to re-focus and start playing better or lose in the first round .

Please guys, don’t resort to bitching about refs. Looking like Raptor fans. We got straight up outplayed at the hands of Max F’ing Stuss.

It’s a pill which has to be swallowed with a full pitcher of water.

Yeah I don’t know how so many people are upset with Tatum, yeah he was frustrated but the heat much like the mavs blitzed him 25 feet away from the hoop. Role players didn’t do a whole lot off those doubles today and that worries me if that’s something teams will do in the playoffs. Daring smart, white, and others to shoot was a good idea by spo.

Maybe what I wished Tatum did from the start of the game was be more aggressive. I felt like he touched the ball maybe 2 times in the first 6-7 minutes.

Predictable. Folded and out played when faced with adversity. Momentum is gone and being the best team in the league is gone.

I pity any of you who think this team is a real championship threat without Rob. Momentum and confidence is gone.

Utterly outplayed and out coached from start to finish

We are lucky that Lowry and Strus didn’t hit 15+ 3’s on us the defense vs those 2 were awful. The Jays were very disappointing defensively this game.

Time will tell if this loss ends up being good or bad in the long term because yes, match ups and seeding matters with this team.

Time to fix this . They let the long winning streaks get to their heads . This is what Ime has been talking to them about , trying to fix . They are not a great team , an elite team that can afford to take night off , plays off ,Start the game slow and taking it up a notch later. Robert Williams is out for a while , no excuses. Play better .

100% corrupt and it's been proven. Donaghy was no "bad apple". He was about to expose the whole operation but Stern leaked his name to the NY Post before he could turn informant (the FBI foolishly let Stern know about Donaghy).

www.whistleblowerpod.com - it's an incredible listen.
