He's just not around like the rest of us. You don't see coach bdj around much either but you know he's a master lurker. He always replied quickly when I sent him a PM.
This other guy didn't. Hasn't read a message in months. He was somewhat active last year but he's gone full awol this year.

Earl didn't give a **** either this year and we all know the problems we had with TylersLakers.

It's getting harder and harder to find some new guys who are active apparently, so I'm still down to the contraction proposal I make every year.

10 teams is more than enough, considering we have 20 man rosters now.

It would be more fair with the scheduling as well, since it would mean we automatically would play twice against every team in the league.

I ended up tanking the last few weeks of the season and it didn't matter in the end....but it's not really fair I got to play Optms only once when all of the league ragdolled his ass 7-2/8-1 twice.

This happens every year and it impacts the standings tremendously.

It's fair we all have the same schedule. Twice against every dude. I think everybody can agree with this.

You can't account for guys not setting up lineups or injuries happening but the scheduling needs to be adressed. And with the current league format, playing twice against everybody only works in a 10 team league.

Contract two inactive teams, I think a two round Snake draft should be enough.
Get 20 players out of 40 on our teams, rest can hit the already thin FA pool.

Then we can go ahead with our regular rookie draft.

Sorry its been a busy year. Ive been studying for the MCAT since last October. For the most part I was able to start my lineups ahead of time. I think this coming year ill have a little more time. If you guys can find someone that would be more committed I wouldn't be against them taking my spot.
Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there wondering, fearing, Doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before;

Lolz, Giddey lasted a full game after the ASB before they shut him down for the year.

He's healthy as ****, he was very active during the ASG both in the rookie challenge and team skills. And had a terrific first game after the break with big minutes and no signs of an injury. He was shut down right after and never returned.

They clearly are aiming for a bottom 3 worst record since those get the same odds for the #1 overall pick.
Karma's a bitch and they won a big one last night without Shai and Giddey. There are 3 teams tied with 20 wins and the Thunder now have 22, so they most likely shut them down for nothing and won't even achieve their goal.

The league needs to address this tho'. They completely shut down Horford last year. I can sort of get that, their execuse was that they are playing their youth.

But this season arrived AND THEY ARE SHUTTING DOWN THEIR YOUTH, what's the excuse now? Thunder won a bunch of games and was in no position to be in the bottom 3. They "worked" massively to get there, neither Detroit, Houston or Orlando have sat down players for big stretches if at all.

Their excuse is that they are playing their "younger" youth ... aka scrubs

They are playing their future franchise player a lot though, which I love.

Lel. They're tanking their arses off just to be able to get Chet or Jabari Smith.

It's 1000% clear they're looking to draft a big.

Roby is this year's Moses Brown.
Zero rotation minutes at the start of next season. Kinda like he had this year as well.

Of course I'm right. Who are they going to take? Ivey?

The top 3 in this draft will literally consist of bigs. Even if they don't want one(they do, they have **** bigs), they still need to pick one.

I don't really think you can justify breaking that top 3(Banch/Smith/Chet). Ivey had a terrible tournament and isn't really that good.

AJ Griffin is a major sleeper a la Scottie Barnes, he's the one guy I'd expect his stock to rise but I still don't think OKC would entertain taking him if one of the other 3 I mentioned are on the board.

****, they have the Clippers pick and that's gonna be around 15. I'd bet anything they take another big there. It just makes too much damn sense.

Neither Smith/Chet/Banch are traditional centers. They can play there in spurts but are much better at the 4 considering they can shoot as well.

At around 15 you can get Mark Williams, Walker Kessler, Christian Koloko. Traditional 5's. IMO that's the route they'll go this year.

Optms just and 1'ing while salivating over here. You just know he wants all the bigs the Thunder draft.

Aaaand I'd love to be wrong.

I always thought Jalen Smith is the perfect 5 for that team. They have a **** of money, they can get Chet/Jabari Smith to play the 4 and pair him with the FA Smith at the 5.

Jalen Smith has really been turning heads in Phoenix and Indiana this year. This guy can flat out play, the Suns screwed up big time by not picking up his contract option.

He's very mobile, can stay in front of the guard and contest when switched, good shot blocker and can shoot the 3 as the C. He's the perfect modern 5 every team is looking for.

But I can see Thunder taking two bigs in the first round. I'd even bet on it.

Before the start of the draft. August.

Make sure you have at most 20 when that time comes.

I've got 25 and I don't plan on dropping a single one right until we officially start drafting. By August, the real draft and the FA will be over with and the real life rosters pretty much set. Some guys will gain value by these two factors(Draft and FA), some will lose it.

That's why if you have more than 20, don't be pressured in dropping guys right away. August is fine.

Championship #3, yeah!

Well fought Ty. You kept it close all week, ending up 5-4 as I had hoped, but never did I think it would be through those categories, especially turnovers!

Honestly, my team had no business winning this year. My goal this season was just to make the playoffs, but things broke my way with injuries and players getting minutes.
