My man Dinwiddie another buzzer beating game winner. This time to beat the Nets, another of his former teams, on national TV.

Re: NBA Games Discussion Thread - Part 5
Dimwiddie just knocked down a clutch 3 to finish off the Nets at the buzzer. Mavs fans seem to really love him. Luka had nothing but praise in the post-game interview.
I really want to know what went horribly wrong in DC. Was it the coaching? Did Beal shut him out?
Edit: Way to beat me to it, 9&20.

Think it’s pretty obvious it was beta Beal. They never played well together and he was apparently told he was scoring too much? Yeah it was beta Beal. Happy for Spencer. Mavs love him.

Another 30 point win by Memphis playing without Ja and 2 other rotation players. They might be doing something right.

I can't imagine anyone on any other team talking to Butler like Haslem did, but it looks like just another day in the life there. PJ Tucker just sits back and drinks his sports drink and Lowry casually walks away - as coach Spo separates... Haslem and Butler.

Unfortunate injury for Robert Williams, but it is interesting to point out that many here clamored for addressing the need for a center by picking him in the 2018 draft.
What do the Wizards do with their pick in that draft?
Move him for a center...
Robert Williams was such an obvious pick for this team, shame.

The Laser made an appearance the other night hitting 4-5 3-pointers, this is the best Dallas team in years.

I was screaming into the void to pick him at 15. Screaming.

Killian Hayes is finally starting to play like he might not be a bust, afterall - not great but decently, anyway. Gotta expect PG's to start out slowly - especially when they're coming over from Europe. And he's still just 20.

Love and Rondo are keeping the Cavs in this Play-In game against the Nets.
Levert is playing horrendous.
CLE really misses Allen.

You just knew that Allen was going to be good when he turned out to be the Wizards pick that Grunfeld traded to New Jersey in order to get rid of Nicholson. His mistake...FAH1223 wrote:Love and Rondo are keeping the Cavs in this Play-In game against the Nets.

Turns out Jarrett is a GREAT player who certainly was missed today.
On the flip side with Garland and Mobley so good Cleveland is going to be a monster of a team in the future
Tre Johnson is the future of the Wizards.

Bickerstaff coached that game like he was just happy to be there and would be happy to get a potential 8th seed. It's playoff time, play your best players. There's no back to back so if you need to play Garland 44 minutes go for it.
Bickerstaff: who's up for kickball?!!
Ed Wood: Only if it's the no-pants variety.

I can't decide which btw Nets/BOS I dislike more. But the game itself was great except
my stupid YouTube failed to record the last 2 minutes of the game. That usually doesn't happen.
