Hanley won out over Reyes, 13-6. That's if my tally is right, since there was no official poll done. :lol:

Either way, both are two of the best SSs in the entire league.

Both?

Reyes is fast but there's nothing special about a guy who's a career .285 batter. In fact, if you were to draft a SS playing in NY, I'm sure Jeter and A-Rod would get the most looks.

He sets the table for his team, he causes havoc on the basepaths which can get to Pitchers, he also is a very good contact hitter, amongst other things not needed to be said.

He's definitely up there with Hanley, though Hanley is better. :wink:

reyes' downfall since the all star break was that he was trying to match hanleys hr totals, i believe it, and that he got caught up in the comparisons rather than just going out and playing his game. what else can explain why he was popping up 100 feet in the air to the second baseman in seemingly every at bat since july
