If this was in Minnesota we would have heard “Staying Alive,” on the loud speakers. Instead we just need to imagine it. I said we would win this one and though I was edge of my seat for most of the night, I am glad to be right. Gotta win out and I expect GSW to lose all 5 without Curry. Might even get 5th if Lakers and Griz can take care of Denver. Spurs might match up well as well. Jokic played big minutes and still lost. BIG WIN!!!!!!

Lebron and AD both playing tonight. If LA loses tonight they will be absolutely desperate on Sunday. Home to Denver where a loss mathematically eliminates them from 9 and makes 10 a very dicey proposition.

Wanna point something out that bothered me all game. Time and time again Jokic would lower his shoulder and plow into the defender with no call. But when KAT does anything similar they are quick to blow the whistle. Earlier I made a poll asking if KAT got MVP level whistles would he be MVP level, that question should extend to non calls as well. If KAT is given the amount of leeway that Jokic is, I think he might be as good or better.

Agreed. But what has to happen before you get superstar calls or even fair calls is to win. We get 7/8 and have a competitive series things change. It’s not right IMO as it prevents parity but that’s the way it is.

I noticed that for the first time tonight too.

He also uses his elbow right in the defenders chest / ribs. He tucks it close to his body but it’s still extended a bit and it’s still BS.

He’s an amazing player but some chicanery is afoot.

Massive difference between Towns drives and Jokić drives is that Towns swings his arms side-to-side, which is an immediate offensive foul call, every time.
