Sure, solid, but to get either he needs a few dominant games, scoring 35+ and outplaying competition. He's not doing that today.

Where have you been the last month?

Here.
Giannis is not a frontrunner for either accolade atm, arguably as an mvp. Do you b think this game gets him closer to or further away to scoring title, mvp?

As a European I watch Milwaukee live exclusively in early games and oh boy they suck at these.

Giannis as been a god over the last couple weeks- beat all the best and played as best guy on earth not named Jokic… just stop being a prisoner of the moment-

Giannis gave Brooklyn a 3 to tie free throws to end it and had a block to kill another MVP candidate…

Dallas just did what Dallas does - they are a great team

I don't think it helps his MVP push, no. That's not what you said or asked initially, and now you're moving goalposts. You said he was losing the MVP and Scoring Title today. You were called on that being an overreaction (which it is), and then you said he needed dominant games. He's had dominant games for a month. One meh game doesn't erase that and there's obviously plenty of opportunity moving forward.

What a chaotic end of a game. It's more fun to see ore shots to end a game. :)

Don't see moving goalposts really, Giannis needs more points the Lebron and better games and wins then Jokic/Embiid. In that view he had a stinker today. Still solid game, but a step back in both games. Yeah, a bit of an overreaction, things can happen and one 'bad' (not fantastic if you want) game won't decide it, probably.

Luka can’t help but yell at these refs lol…

And honestly these refs are confusing - brush Lukas hair- foul- slap his wrist so hard he loses the ball… no call?!

Yeah, but Lopez could have been called too.

That Lopez play was dangerous - that was definitely more than that hair graze…yes

The whole team does that kinda stuff. I'm honestly shocked that Patrick Beverly isn't a member of the Bucks.

Edit: Or Zaza.

So it looks like Dallas will get either Denver or Utah in the first round... really like both of those matchups for Dallas. Luka is going to go nuts against those defenses.

He’d go nuts against any defense, there’s no stopping him in the playoffs. You best hope his team ain’t up to par.

I thought Luka had a bigger imprint on this game than Giannis. Obviously, he has the ball way more in his hand, but I didn't see Giannis' defense impact as much. Great case for Luka to sneak in with the big 3 favorites. They have to play the Nuggets as well. Don't mail those votes in just yet!
