Not a coincidence that IQ gets career high in assists with Randle out. Playing PG with blackhole Randle literally kills your assists numbers. Look at Payton, Kemba

I watched the game, he's cool but his 2 seasons are more indicative of who he is than 1 game.

He's older than Maxey was, and doesn't finish nearly as well at the rim. When looking at PGs, I feel like you go after the guys who finish at the rim and make mid-range jumpers, it's easier to fix their three point shooting if they're solid freethrow shooters. Love doesn't finish at the rim well and doesn't make any mid-range shots, it's 3 or nothing at all, maybe spacing will help him but 37% on 2 pointers is abysmal.

This isn't even a Bone's Hyland, he shot 54% on two pointers, I can't find a PG that shot that poorly on 2 pointers that amounted to anything.

its not just 1 game though he has been coming on lately. He was a top 10 mocked played when ESPN originally did there mocks in 2021 when he was the top recruits. So its not some guy that came out of nowhere. He was suppose to be a special player maybe it just clicked a little later for him.

If continues to improve his skills and kills his workouts he will be a lottery pick in my opinion. Too much talent. He also has near a 6'10 wingspan for a combo guard.

I have seen both him and TyTy Washington and I don't think its even close whos the better player.

IQ is just another decent role player. He would be pretty good on a winning team that brings him in for off the bench scoring, kind of in the Vinny Johnson/microwave role. I would be looking to trade for him if I needed someone to fill that role on my team. On the Knicks, we don't have a good team with other players who do most of the scoring, so he's playing a bigger role than he should have.

I like IQ, so I'm not saying that. He's just miscast on a team with very little talent. Not a bad draft pick, though. Great job FO.
