The time ran out and the announcers said the team was eliminated from the playoffs, and I turned off my ipad and slept blissfully. Vogel's story this morning is he knew the fLaker team was in trouble when they went 0-6 in preseason. I am sure that will save his job...

The Lakers just recorded their 7th losing season out of their last 9

Odd you should mention the Steelers--some of the best fans on the planet win or lose. Tampa fans come and go.

We both mortgaged our futures to bring superstars to each team, but despite that we have built a really deep roster while the Lakers are trying to improve the team with scraps.
It is not irrelevant that the Lakers did win a title, they do get credit for that. I don't actually even hate the Lakers, but the path forward from here seems extremely difficult for them. Westbrook still has a year left, Lebron only has a year left, and AD seems to depreciate with every passing year.
Today's NBA news. Report: Lakers would have fired Frank Vogel already if Jason Kidd was still around, but plan to let him finish season.

You got a primadonna in LeBron who picks and chooses when he puts effort, Anthony Davis who is either sitting or not trying, Russ, who still thinks he's goated.
And the fact that they were trying to make Stotts an assistant shows the confidence they have in Ham..... speaking of Stotts, if he willing to be an assistant for a year, I'd love him
