Wow we are getting crushed by a Clips team without their best player. Obviously we are missing most of our starters but it leaves me a little worried about a post Paul/Ayton possibility with a downgrade at both positions. I don't know if Book could make up this difference on his own and even if he could that doesn't account for Kawhi.

I thought the rosters actually looked fairly even...they had more depth and the best player but our lineup looked fairly solid with a couple of solid backups.

I know it's a lot harder to shoot without Ayton's gravity but it's been REALLY bad the last two games he has sat.

I mean Shamet and Cam looking like Shamet did earlier in the year and Cam did last year in the regular season. They had been our two best 3 pt shooters this year up until a game or two ago (not accounting for Holiday's low volume).

Hopefully Sarver is watching and understands what DA will bring to the table and his value. A trade for a lesser center and some picks is not the right path forward.

I hate to say it but I think Monty needs to get the starters back the last 2 games. We need to clean things up because we’ll have a week off as it is. And if we play this clips team, they could easily take a game or 2 from us in Phoenix before we get our legs and chemistry back

I'm still waiting for our bench depth to show up. I'm not seeing it. FFS. This is a laugher at just how bad we're playing.

We should NOT have sat anyone. All this will serve to do is give the Clippers energy and drive to bury us in the first round if they get the chance. If we draw them and lose, it would be an utterly monumental failure.

Our only hope is that MEM gets them and knocks them out.
