Great impact, sure. But for 2/4 of those seasons, he wasn't even the best player on the team. Hard to suggest he "led" each of those franchises to record setting seasons.

Harden was a great player but CP3 impacts winning more than he does.( He almost beat him with Thunder team that tried to tank whole season, but CP didnt let them). Harden would rather play with worse player(Westbrook) and not win than win with CP3, because he is lazy and doesnt want to listen/improve.
Booker is great player but CP impacts winning more than he does. However Booker learned/still learns from CP and he will continue to lead this team after CP is done.

I went from loving CP3 during his NO days, to hating him during his LAC days, to feeling bad for him during the end of his HOU days, to absolutely loving and respecting him again with the Suns. We're going to miss him when he's out of the league. I really hope he can win a ring.

Not really considering how well Harden "led" those Rockets once CP3 got hurt. That was CP3s team. They all were. Harden needed help and when he got it he didn't appreciate it so CP3 bounced. The only real factor Harden had on CP3 was that he's younger. Spent most of his time with the Rockets show boating, playing the refs, and being lazy when it mattered most (playoffs). I doubt this year will be any different.

Not 100% sure but I would think he has to have the highest win % of any Rockets/Clippers/Hornets/Suns player ever, no?

A true legend. He’s also at least partially responsible for SGA turning out as good as he has.

And he may have had his biggest effect on the team that didn’t get a franchise record in wins. What he did with that OKC roster was amazing.
Tom Gores' Securus faced a class action lawsuit in 2024. The company engaged in a "quid pro quo kickback scheme" with county jails in Michigan which banned in-person visits in order to maximize revenue from voice and video calls.

Top 5 PG of all-time. Maybe the most intelligent player in the history of the sport. His ability to impact BOTH sides of the ball at his size is unprecedented.

He is far and away the most deserving player in the league when it comes to winning a championship. No one else is close, Jimmy Butler is the only other guy even in the conversation.

If he had been healthy for a few extra games here or there, man what a career Chris Paul would have had.

Just winning one ring, he would be up with the greats.

Pistons would probably pay his salary for the next couple years to have him play with Cade, teach him a thing or two.

How many job offers will Chris Paul get if/when he ever decides he wants to coach? I imagine he'll have his pick of whatever job he wants.

Definitely shows his impact. It's no accident those teams 4 best regular seasons came with him. Too bad his injuries derailed most of his teams.

Side note but it trips me out that there are teams that haven't ever won 60 games in a season before.

That's a really fun stat. I admit that he's never been my absolute favorite, but he is an amazing player and I'm glad to have been able to watch him.

Funny because I think he's closer to being least deserving for what he's done to the game with his flopping ass.

A career 65.0% win% when he is on the floor, which puts him in rarified air for top players of their team (ie not role players):

Curry: 66.0% https://www.statmuse.com/nba/ask/stephen-curry-career-win-percentage#:~:text=Stephen%20Curry%20has%20managed%20a,660%20in%20his%20career.

Jordan: 65.9% https://www.statmuse.com/nba/ask/career-winning-percentage-regular-season-michael-jordan#:~:text=Michael%20Jordan%20managed%20a%20win,659%20in%20his%20career.

Lebron: 65.4% https://www.statmuse.com/nba/ask/what-is-lebron-james-career-winning-percentage

Durant: 62.4% https://www.statmuse.com/nba/ask/kevin-durant-career-win-loss-record

The only higher are the Duncan to Kawhi era Spurs in the ~70%+ range. Magic/Bird/Russel N/A but they would be up there.

That's amazing. He brings the best out of everyone he plays with.

Makes you wonder why the rest of the list has multiple championship rings, and CP3 has 1 finals appearance.
