There are likely other teams to add to this list, but so far I'm aware of the Bucks, Sixers and Grizzlies all resting guys tonight.

Is there even a single game where both teams are incentivized either to win or to lose? Seems like every matchup is one where one team wants to win and the other team wants to lose (or one team could care less either way, while the other is incentivized, or both teams could care less).
