ok Jrue out after 1 sec

Why did they start Jrue and pull him?

why?

because of a bonus for Jrue to collect.

That's what I'm asking - was there a stipulation in his contract that if he plays X games he gets a bonus, or was it a personal record of some sort, etc.

I mean, seriously, if there was a way to parlay like 8-12 of these games just picking the winners, you could make a fortune.

Maybe there was. I dunno. I don't gamble.

Cav's announcers are talking like this is the Cav's team playing the Bucks regular lineup.

Lmao so what’s the play for Boston now?? I think everyone it suiting up which means they want to win and Memphis is sitting players? Then they’ll get the 2 seed to face the Nets.

Cleveland vs Bucks seems like the most meaningful game for playoff seeding.

This is why I wish we could incentivize players per minute played. Or something, I dunno. I know it'll never happen, but it could do one thing: get players on the freaking court, playing. We started by praising Kawhi for his clever load management a few years ago when he carried TOR to the title, and now we're at a place where it feels like 95% of the league is playing 70 games or less. All of the incentives are for stars to rest as much as they can get away with during the regular season. Then we argue about MVP's and All-NBA's, and we act like a 55 game season and a 65 game season are the same thing - or a 65 and a 75 game season. When we do that, we're just telling the players: "Hey, take another ten games off next season. No one's gonna care."

But no hate on Jrue or guys who choose to rest. I don't hate the player, just the game.

Watch out! J.A. is one my faves. Always thought he was super underrated, but since he was an All-Star this season, maybe now he's just rated.

That's practically the same players that smoked the Suns full strength 9 days ago minus Brooks, plus Bane. Just swapping one DB for the other DB

Im trying to bet on some games but i know there are teams trying to lose games today ffs. Damnit i dont even know if C's want to win against the Grizz. Or if Dallas even cares if they win.

dallas definitely wants to win and get that 3rd seed, not necesarrily because of their first round matchup but because it means they cannot get suns until conference finals
