Towns really wants to keep that empty stats reputation.
Some people just bound to get exposed when teams actually implement game plans now.

Beverley is screwed. 3 fouls already.

Beverly 3rd foul could be a big problem for the Wolves.

Happens every year, Beverly can’t control himself and plays too physical for his own good.

A foul called on Beverley, and it's number three! And THAT is... REALLY... thought Harlan was gonna say "predictable."

Not that I want him to, but Towns needs to slow down and it will make his life easier. If he tries to counter by trying too hard to score, he will just get himself in trouble.

Suns missed the playoffs with 46 wins in the 2000's and 48 wins in 13-14
Warriors also missed the playoffs with 48 wins in 08

He isn't making the passes he needs to make. And honestly if this was Embiid he would've had like 8 FTs already. The Clips are being extra physical with him.dockingsched wrote:Towns really wants to keep that empty stats reputation.

Bev sometimes forgets that staying on the court is much more beneficial than making a home run defensive play. Surprised he's going for that play with two fouls in the first quarter. You should be playing no hands defense until late in the 2nd quarter in his situation.

Please stop giving towns a pass. Yes they’re playing great defense, but dude has to figure it out. If you’re a great player you do other great things.

Re: Western Conference | Play-In - (7) Minnesota Timberwolves vs (8) Los Angeles Clippers
As someone who coaches, the best way to use KAT in this instance is to use him as the screener. It will either leave the ball handler with a pretty good look or is going to get KAT into that 1 on 1 situation.
Also look to get him into the high post with some off ball screens. Very hard to double in that position. The Nuggets do this with Jokic brilliantly.
Posting him on the low block where it's easy to double is stupid. I'm surprised an NBA coach can't figure this out.
