Towns is an embarrassment. After all this time, still soft and dumb.
Edwards otoh is so impressive. A real alpha type player.

That’s a foul that only someone who isn’t ready for the moment commits. What a dummy.

What an awful game by Towns. I hope he doesn't make All NBA.

at some point, we're going to have to put mann and maxey together on the same team so nobody knows who's who.

KAT just made history. No other all star will ever have a worse game than that in the history of play ins. It's so bad you know nobody could ever match it.

It was definitely a loose ball foul, so not an awful call, a pretty bad decision to come running in for that rebound when you have 5 fouls though

KAT might have gotten some iffy foul calls in the first half but the 5th and 6th fouls were on him. Bad rebound attempt there

Re: Western Conference | Play-In - (7) Minnesota Timberwolves vs (8) Los Angeles Clippers
I mean that is as easy of a call as you see in the game pretty much. A clear over the back on a rebound he had no chance he was going to get. You cant go for that board when you already have 5 fouls. Dude needs to be much smarter.

Kat is just extraordinarily soft mentally, in the playoffs you'll always take a baller over a loser
The talent disparity is huge, Kat is a much better player than Siakam in an imaginary hypotethical game
but in reality..You'd take almost any1 over Towns...doesn't have to be some1 as good as Siakam
I’m gonna have to heavily disagree. Pascal does a lot more than KAT. You can say KAT is a better scorer sure. But an overall basketball player, Pascal is better. Especially when you consider playmaking and defense
I get that this is the dunk on KAT in his worst moment thread now, but I think I'd like a little more data on him before I say he's a poor playoff performer.
Siakam is one of my favorite players in the NBA, but he has his own playoff demons to sort out after his last playoff run. He has mixed reviews in the playoffs after and excellent (but up and down) run to the finals in a smaller role, followed by an embarrassing bubble playoff series against Boston where they ate him up.
KAT is bigger, and a better shooter from everywhere on the floor. Siakam is a better playmaker and a much better defender. I have them in a similar tier of players and am not specifically a fan of KAT. The reason I think Toronto does this trade is how much they need shooting, offense, and a center. Toronto has baby-Siakam in Barnes waiting in the wings and enough defense to make Kat work. I'm not advocating for this trade. I'd like Siakam to stay in Toronto and eventually become the greatest Raptor of all-time. But I think at some point, Masai is going to be hungry for a scoring upgrade to balance the roster. Not saying it will involve KAT or Siakam, but I think the Raps are dying for that big scoring hub to surround with their versatile defenders.

What was Batum doing? Loose ball which he could’ve grabbed and he was just staring at it. Wolves grab it and hit a 3

Win or lose, biggest storyline is whether KAT can recover from this. If this gets in his head, it can have career long ramifications.

I agree you need to play it safer with 5, but completely disagree that that's a foulog15 wrote:
