Doc Rivers is not happy with the Media asking him about Paul Reed getting more minutes

i don't know the whole history but it sounds like the media has been asking about paul reed for weeks now? he's literally a G league player and people are asking if he's going to be part of the playoff rotation?

one can do all the analysis they want but should realize right away what a ridiculous question that is.

it's easy for pretty much any center with energy to put up 8/8, 10/10 if given minutes. what doesn't show up in the box score is their rotations, positioning in the pick and roll, calling out protections/coverages, communication in general, etc. DJ might be washed physically but he can at least keep up with the game mentally.

imo if they end up playing reed any kind of extended minutes it'll be more out of desperation than game planning.
