Don't play him at all.
Unreliable people don't deserve to have 1 foot in and 1 foot out. Keep him in street clothes on the bench for the entire playoffs.

Hope other teams are still willing to take on this bozo. Agree with Kobble, bench him for the whole playoffs and replace him with Shake in the rotation.
Maxey/Harden
Harden/Shake
Green/Niang
Harris/Niang
Embiid/Reed

Can’t cut off your nose to spite your face. I would think twice about playing him over Danny or Shake if either or both catch a wave. But I wouldn’t hesitate to use him if only to clip off even one stinking win. If we get through this round we may need all the help we can get dealing with Trae.
But we do got to take seriously just how dedicated or not he is to this team’s success, especially in evaluating potential offers, if there still is any interest after pulling this bonehead routine.

I mean, we're 4 on 5 offensively when he's out there anyway. So it's not like we're hurting ourselves by holding him accountable.
He offers nothing offensively outside of backdoor cuts. Defenses don't nap and give up backdoor cuts much in the playoffs because everyone is usually locked in.
The last thing we need is halfcourt liabilities that make Joel's job harder in the playoffs.
