Re: Welcome James Harden!
Due to some time constraints (and end of regular season) I haven't watch much live Sixers the past month. What happened to those sets in which Harden would come off a curl and dribble towards Embiid for a P&R after a hand-off with a wing? All scoring possessions look so stagnant and slow, which makes it so much easier to make the right rotations off the ball for the Raptors.

Re: Welcome James Harden!
Harden knows his bff Daryl is going to give him that max deal no matter what, so what’s the incentive to really try?
He can just continue coasting through and when he gets sick of us he will no doubt quit again. Problem is no team will want him then and it will be a train wreck, ruining Embiids prime.

Harden is not Ben Simmons and Morey is not Colangelo/Brand, so no, this is not true and it is borderline trolling.

I think Beal is a Sixer next year friends with Embiid. Harden is a one year rental. So essentially it will end up being Ben Simmons for Bradley Beal an absolute steal for the 76ers

Let’s let the moderators go ahead and determine what is and isn’t trolling. If somebody thinks somebody is trolling, go ahead and report it and let them decide. If you can’t help but give commentary on what you believe to be trolling, then do it backchannel, apply to be a moderator, or start your own forum somewhere else.

22 points 14 assists and 1 turnover. Not a bad game

Yea above average game for James. Shooting percentages still in the toilet but can’t overlook the playmaking. Also hit some shots during moments when Toronto was closing the gap.
2025-2026 Philadelphia 76ers:
Maxey/McCain/Lowry
Edgecombe/Grimes/Gordon
George/Oubre/Edwards
Watford/Barlow/Walker
Embiid/Drummond/Bona/Broome

14 assists to 1 turnover is pretty ridiculous. To finish the night with 3 total turnovers for the team reflects how important it is to finally have a floor general running the show.

If this is the Harden we get for the next 3-4 years I'll be just fine with it. I'd obviously love the shooting percentages to be up, but if we get the right pieces around Harden, Embiid, and Maxey where there are always shooters on the floor, his passing will be even more lethal and he will have more space to operate.
21-23 points and 11-12 assists per game? Yeah, I can live with that.

Even the lob entry pass Harden made to Tobias at the start of the game when he posted FVV. We’ve never had a player who can make that pass. He unlocks a lot of easy points that we’ve never been able to get before.

He easily could have had 20 assists last night. Embiid missed like 5 uncharacteristic jump shots he makes in his slee from harden setting him up.

I dont know if i want a small back court easily targeted . Maxey isnt going anywhere so than you have 6'1 6'3 players neither good defender or playmaker. Explosive offensively tho

When it comes to playmaking. Comparing Harden and Ben Simmons is like comparing Michael Jordan and Scott Burrell

Him trying on defense has been a revelation. Hes strong as a ox , with long arms and with a little effort has been above average team defender in the playoffs so far.
