Remember the play after Kyrie hit the big 3 in 2016? The Cavs had to eat clock and he went 1 on 2 and almost turned it over. The guy has a pea brain.

Post the vid - that was a sick sick sick more to win a game on a pass - Kyrie couldn’t even pretend to Play defense - it was something you do against a child when you have a sock and you laying up on hanger basket in your bed room - not in a nba game

Prepare to hear crickets from both Stephen A Smith and Skip Bayless tomorrow regarding KD’s performance. Most protected NBA player in the league. Giannis is the real best player in the league.
Thanks for all the great memories, LeBron! The show must go on! #Heatnation

Kyrie doesnt even deserve to be in the playoffs. He played like 20 games this season.

Great game... and Smart for sure would have taken that shot for many years prior to this season but it feels like he too, has improved his offensive skillset and IQ this season... perhaps in part because of putting the ball in his hands this season.... Instead of taking the lower % shot with a chance to be the hero he 100% makes the right play and the team gets the W because of it.

Nets almost won if only KD had made that 3.
Maybe they'll talk about it for the next 9 months like almost winning is meaningful, like they did last season when they almost beat Milwaukee but didn't.

Man.. credit to Marcus Smart. He has really grown up. He still takes bad shots from time to time but before this year, he would’ve jacked that 3.

Why? He had the ball with the lead and they lost. Dude doesn't deserve ****.

He was by far the best player on the court. One possession doesn't change that.

Tale of 2 Halves:
1st half was not that fun to watch with all fouls
2nd half was vintage playoffs, like the type of half/game you'd tell a non-NBA fan about to get them into the NBA.

Congrats Celtics fans, that had to be a fun one for ya'll.

Tatum played 45 minutes btw. Dude was GASSED down the stretch, but still brought every ounce he had defensively.

31/5/8 on 18 shots.

Incredible man D by Tatum on KD on that final miss. And also by Horford on KD before that. Length and movement to quickly close space and prevent drives while also adjusting to contest is exactly the way to try and stop him.

Kyrie was incredible and put the Nets on his back and even got a lot of steals. But the small guard was left under the basket versus a much taller crafty player who made a great cut, got a great pass, and made an incredible finish.

I recall Tatum missing a lot of bunnies in the Olympics. Glad to see that both his D and his touch at the basket have improved. The young man is just a big play machine -- on both ends now. Wow what a game!

Why?

Get out of here with that.

It's not that they played badly, it's just that the Nets were the underdog today, kept the game close and Kyrie put out a masterpiece. I thought they'd sealed it but gave away two headscratching layups.

Nash is the worst coach ive ever seen. C's call a timeout and you dont bring in Edwards for Curry up 3 with 45 seconds left? This is routine. You bring in a defensive lineup (or as defensive as you can get with that roster). Maybe 1 that doesnt give a straight line drive in 5 seconds
