Wish I had the same confidence as some other Wolves fans on here..just have a bad feeling about this game

Series optimism isn't necessarily the same as game optimism. I came into the series feeling so strongly about our chances at home that I thought we'd only need to steal one road game to have a good chance to take the series. We've done that.

I got tonight's game as a coin flip 50%er. Our Home Games I'm going to be 80% confident we win. If we do drop a game at home we still got 3 other opportunities to win on the road.

I am right there with you. I just want to hear the national media guys if we win tonight. That might be almost as sweet as the win itself. Almost.

I feel like ESPN has been fairly complimentary so far. TNT had the soundbytes after the Clippers game and celebration, but people forget that two of those three still picked us to win the series only moments later.

He added today that us winning tonight he would still pick MEM in 5. Said they've been talkin' the talk all season so those expectations are warranted. Not a knock on us as the opponent, more a statement on them talkin' too much without backing it up.

Funny thing is that every ESPN prediction about 20 of them had Memphis winning, but the Big Name TNT guys Shaq and Charles despite calling us stupid are picking us to win.

Every ESPN predictor had Memphis winning the series. About 20 of them. They might not be calling us stupid, but not one stuck his or her neck out saying we will win. Shaq and Charles both picked us.

Do you mean winning game 2 will force them to acknowledge us? if so I agree. Winning 2 or even 3 of the series won't force them to do anything. It will be a one and done for us.
