Atlanta crowd is ridiculous in the playoffs… its going to be very loud.. i hope we end it in Atlanta but splitting the games is good enough for me..

Damn I know I've been MIA a bit but when did he get injured?

Stop. He's not. We literally saw him a couple games ago go after Butler whose one of the most aggressive stars in the league. Bam isn't just playing well. Maybe its the expectations after a bad playoff run last year. I dunno. But it ain't on Spo. This ain't the first rodeo for Bam in the playoffs so he got to figure it out. Thats why he got paid the max. If not, then he's not untradeable and you see what he can get you

Yeah, I must have missed that. :-?

Spo let an injured Bam play when he was clearly hurting the team. So, try again.

Dedmon’s 9 boards in 13 min really helped. Felt like the game turned when Tucker got into foul trouble and Spo had no choice but to finally play a true Center.

I'm more worried now than at the start of the playoffs. Butler by himself can't carry us against the other top 4 teams in the East. Herro need to step up. I think its all mental. He's not being aggressive. He needs to remember his job is to shoot. Bam also needs to be more aggressive but as some of mentioned maybe the injury is hampering him. If it is, then its important we need this early to give Bam time to recover. A 70 % Bam against Embiid won't cut it

0 points from Drob. 24 minutes from Bam. Outrebounded by 6. It’s ATL, so Yimmy was enough. But the team has to play better.

Absolutely. How did Spo get outcoached here? His defensive schemes have been in point in bith games.

I agree, if you’re out there you need to produce. The thing is that Bam was bad on both ends tonight, last game he was at least elite on D.

Both he and Herro need to be better next game.

Spo literally ran 2 man games that don't involve Herro and people are complaining about how Herro is being passive.

He only shot 11 times and quite a few look forced because they were; if he doesn't take them, he'll have 7 FGAs - and then people would really be complaining about him.

The way I see it, Herro has a case to be paid or leave to a team that will give him a shot to showcase his true ability.

This is Harden/OKC all over again - 6MOY with a rookie contract that will soon expire on an offense that limits the player's ability to earn their full potential salary.

I don't want to see it, but I can't say I'd blame him.

Duncan didn't make much sense. He must have a strict quota to shoot at least ONE 3 pointer in 5 mins or be benched for good.

Bam has thigh contusion so hopefully he'll be ready for game 3. If Capela comes back it also changes things

Story of D Rob all year. One good game followed by numerous bouts of nothing. Bam was in foul trouble. Maybe a step slow with the quad contusion

Guys let’s just relax and enjoy the win. We’re up 2-0 fairly easily and our 2nd and 3rd or 4th best players have been average. Bam and Herro are going to be fine. Bam didn’t have any practice the week before the playoffs due to Covid and apparently he has an injured quad but idk how serious it is. I will say I was shocked he didn’t dunk that lob from Herro but idk if that was due to his leg or just a timing issue.

Herro is just in a little slump, maybe overthinking it after a terrible playoffs last year. He’s going to be fine, they’re both going to be fine. Let’s enjoy the win and the historic game from Jimmy and not sit here and **** on our players and coach for 3 days until game 3. It’s a good sign to be up with them playing the way they have.

Well there's definitely a best player on the court.. and he's not on the Hawks.

I think Atlanta realized it just now as well.
