Telling me with the the FTs shot just then, there was zero contact on that Brown drive.

Great D by the Cs, but poor shot construction by the Nets, too. Like nobody's moving, no plays called, and it's just get the ball to the best players and see what they can do. Risky versus a great defensive team, all the more so if said players are struggling.

I mean how is that not a foul on Bruce? He held his hand on Jaylens hip the whole way down?

Compare that to the physicality allowed on someone like Jokic or Curry and it's laughable

He's been one of the most overprotected players in the NBA that I can remember watching.

Simply by watching KD's having a bad game. Then you look at the boxscore, he already dropped 21. LOL

Free throws are almost even at 27 and 28. Why are people complaining?

Entering the 4th quarter and KD has more turnovers than shots made. Not how I expected this series to start for him

you're seeing the results of handchecking and physical defense, and yet some people on here would still swear that it has a small effect on offensive production

Yup, 100%

Also I don't want to hear that only Draymond Green is allowed to handcheck, the entire Celtics team does it only occasionally gets called on it.

KD playing like a scrub today but the Celtics are absolutely getting away with some serious contact when he's playing off ball.

I think his skinny frame helps him get calls compared to someone like lebron or jokic, which makes it all the more baffling defenders are allowed to maul Curry both away from and on the ball considering his tiny frame.

KD's Ft rate compared to his rim pressure in the past few years is interesting.

Just because ft's are even doesn't mean there are multiple questionable calls. Just looking at ft statistics tells me nothing. during a stretch of that 3Q calls were not called fairly both ways anyone watching the game would see that.

If Curry, Brown, and Dragic didn't step up...this could have been a ugly game.

Because they’re calling touch fouls to send KD and Kyrie to the line but JB gets ridden all the way to the cup.

Well they're still up because he was making the right play and moving the ball, but then eventually he had to take some shots himself and he just looked like he had no legs. He's been doing a lot on D too, maybe it's all getting too much for him at 33.

KD needs to visit LeBron's fruit juice supplier after this game to revitalize his legs. The antioxidants will help his legs recover faster. :D

Boston is great defensively.

It's not all about KD.
