We literally had one returning guard so.

But yeah, we definitely need to work on some bigs next.

Guessing she also like point guards who are in shape.

When Owusu is a star at another program and later when she and Angel Reese are in the WNBA; Brenda and her in shape players will no longer be in the upper echelon of top programs.

She's on the way down and I predict she has one or two seasons left at Maryland.

She just signed a huge extension. You've been predicting her demise for years. I don't doubt that there's a problem with players transferring all the time. But it's not like she's bringing in terrible transfers to replace them and she still finds a way to get 5 star and 4 star recruits. How she does it, I don't know. In that respect, she'll always have a top 20 program as long as she continues to recruit that way so barring a scandal of some sort, she's not going anywhere for awhile.

Speaking of Reese, she was on IG talking about how she wants to play the 3 or a Stretch 4 position.

She also made comments on Twitter during the season about how she's actually a "big guard" and not a post player.

Pretty much tells you what this transfer was about. At least in part.

Reese shouldn't have had to play C two years in a row. They lost time Texas in last year's NCAA.

The failure on Frese's part was that she lost 6'3" Styles to the portal last season and she did not recruit another post defender.. Reese didn't have any help defending taller players.

Bibby wasn't enough and that should have been apparent early on. Collins had nagging injuries and Masonius getting injured for the season sunk the team.

I cannot blame Reese at all for looking at her long term best interests. She's going to be a tweener forward in the WNBA. Certainly, she won't be a C.
