amazing how much elevation he gets on his shots. I wonder if the bucks will consider putting Jrue on him while putting whoever on Lavine and just living with the results.

I feel like the Bucks are going to massively overload on DeRozan and it will cause the Bulls offense to explode. Guys like Coby White will be more comfortable at home. I predict Lavine will pop off as well.

I’m taking Bulls in game 3 by double digits. Just don’t see how the Bucks get enough offense. It’s weird but it seems like Bulls are getting better each game.

Guess in a series Donovan is less flakey .
Here he can have a gameplan and stick with it .

Bulls need game 3. To me this series feels like Atlanta vs Philly last year now.

The Bulls are better than they have been playing towards the end of the season. They were the #1 seed after the all-star break. With Ball out for the season, Caruso out for most of the 2nd half of the season, and Lavine playing at what he admitted was 60-70%, it’s not shocking that they hobbled into the playoffs.

When Lonzo was healthy, the perimeter defense was excelent. Fortunately, Caruso is shouldering a lot of that load right now.

I expect the Bucks to come out swinging. It’s going to be a tough game and I hope the Bulls bring the same intensity and effort that they did on the road. It’s easy to get comfortable at home

I hope the refs call the rest of the series fairly. I don't expect it though.

I’m gonna keep tabs on how many fouls Giannis gets away with and how many fouls are given to him. I don’t ever focus on that kind of stuff, but I do want to see how it goes.

Love seeing that deebo was at the United Center late evening to get up some shots.

Wasn’t he also the dude that snuck off the 2016 Rio Olympics cruise ship at night to get shots up? Or am I thinking of someone else on that USA team? Either way, seems like he’s consistently one of the hardest workers in the league when it comes to honing his craft.

The Bull have had this "They can't beat good teams" thing hanging over their heads for awhile now.

Same for DDR having the "Defrozen cant deliver in the playoffs"

If I were the Bucks I would not underestimate the mental weight that has been lifted off DDR and the Bulls in general.

DeRozan, Lavine and Vuc have been really impressive on defence this series.

Kinda makes you think that all defence guys are a bit overrated and that the worst defensive guys in the league with decent size can effectively execute a game plan in a playoff situation.

It's not even hobbling into the end of the season. The Bulls finished 2-22 against teams with a .600+ win percentage, with the 2 wins coming in early November (Celtics and Mavs both before they got their groove). You'd expect a team struggling with injuries to struggle against the Bulls gauntlet of a second half schedule but the Bulls lost every single game and about 70% of them were blowouts. They played their worst after everyone (except Lonzo of course) was back. They looked beaten down. They had the 28th best net adjusted rating over the last 6 weeks of the season (adjusted for opponent strength). They literally were playing like the 3rd worst team in basketball for a long stretch immediately preceding the playoffs.

So while we've seen the Bulls play great basketball earlier in the season, given how long its been since we've been at that level and our inability to beat great teams even when we were playing well, to see the Bulls coming back to Chicago tied 1-1 is a massive shocker for me.

This is a must win game for the Bulls period. If they win, they will have a great chance for an upset. If the Bucks win, this will give them life to just hang on and eventually win out. All of the momentum is riding on the Bulls going into tonight critical game 3.

Yep. He also took shots at Fiserv at like 9pm the night before game 2. There was one game earlier this year where he missed like 4-5 FTs down the stretch of a game and even though they won, he was photographed on the court shooting FT after FT 3 hours after the game ended.

now adding giannis to the list, derozan has showed out vs every top player in the league despite embiid.

we talking jokic, durant, lebron. the more we see king of the 4th derozan he makes a case for being one of the best players in the league.
He broke one of wilts scoring records as well, offensively he has to considered among the top tier and realistically be a top 5 -10 player now.

which isnt very unrealistic he has a chance to be 1st team all nba.
This stuff maybe we observed but i been dying to give the guy some credit, or his proverbial flowers while applicable.

this is why HCA sucks. does nothing. i think league should ban away fans from exceeding certain quota.

This is an absurd take. How would you even enforce this?

The Kings would have the same problem if they were facing the Warriors, the Clippers facing the Lakers, the Nets facing the Knicks, etc.. it is what it is. You're almost better of embracing it and in a lot of cases if your team is good enough to beat the team it'll happen regardless of what kind of crowd there is at home games.

Look at Jrues boxscore the last 2...nearly identical games

15/6/6 on 6-16 from the field
