This game is completely on Hayes. Completely unacceptable to lose your cool like that.

Frustrating to watch young teams play sometimes, cause its always the same thing. Bad decision making, dribbling themselves into traffic without a plan, refusing to move on offense when someone is stuck. You play a young team you can count on them helping you beat them half the time.

I would deal him if it meant shipping Graham with him to get him off of the books. Graham was a bad swing and miss by Griffin.

Our rookies are playing like rookies so far. I expect more from Herb & Trigga Trey in the 2nd half

They needed Hayes’ length and athleticism out there, every bucket is going to be just that much harder to make or stop.

Time to grow up kid, you most likely just cost your team a playoff game that was looking like it was going down to the wire.

Ayton with the monster first half. If he's playing like this the Suns won't have any problems. Also Hayes dumb ejection changed the entire complexion of this game

Pels need to play faster. They're slow right now. Also will be interesting to see if Hernangomez gets minutes in the 2nd half vs McGee. Would be worth trying.

Both Ingram and McCollum need to be a lot more physical on their drives, Pels need to get in to the bonus early in the 3rd.

Equally crucial, Pels gave up 17 points on their 10 TOs.

Suns, on the other hand, have only two TOs. That's terrific ball protection.

I agree. But really Ingram & McColum are the two biggest culprits ... those last 3 minutes were dreadful - they’re literally walking the ball up the court every possession & taking forever to get in their sets.

Ingram & McColum are vets. No excuse for taking a stroll offensively instead of being on attack.

Read the scouting report, heck, you don't even need to, we ALL know CP3 does that, and especially as soon as you're in the bonus, you know it gets called, come on, who is out there sticking an arm out against him. Players need to be smart.

Bruh, I know all of that. I'm talking about the rule. The NBA needs to do something about it.

Fair point. I don't think it's enough of a problem. I don't really notice the rip through enough through games to be concerned with it.

Players will always find ways to maximize rules to their benefit. I don't think every maximization of rules should necessarily be regulated with more rules. I am happy that they made it no longer automatic FT's, outside of that, just be aware of the usual culprits, and if a guy who doesn't usually do it gets you, props to them.

Streaky shooter who has been a below par all year. His defense is really bad. All of this combined with an 11-12 million dollar salary :noway:

Yeah, more McCollum than Ingram though. CJ had like two straight turnovers that were inexplicable. Letting himself dribble into nothing in the corner, and then passing to JV on a short roll in traffic at the top of the key.

JV committed a charge, because of course he did. That's not his game. CJ has to be smarter than that.

Then again, I'd take an entire series of Doris if it meant no Perk. She knows her stuff. He's an abysmal hot take mumbler.

Perk's continued employment actually offends me. I have to mute the TV when he's talking.
