Give me a break.

A hard shove?

If the NBA gets any softer they’ll have to start wearing knee pads.

If you play the position and have won multiple rings doing it, I'm going to call you a PG lol.

The only reason Curry's "position" is labeled pg is because he's 6'2". He's a good passer, but he's a combo guard, and more of a scorer than a distributor.

Sure then Jokic is labeled as a center because he's 7 foot and is a good rebounder. I guess he could be labelled as a PG since he's a great passer, good shooter and brings up the ball at times too.

No. I’m serious.

Crowder sells the contact but it’s not ejection worthy in my opinion.

You can disagree but at the end of the day the flagrant rules are opinion based.

There’s no objective standard for whether something is ejection worthy or not.

It’s just a subjective call made by a ref in the moment.

Did Draymond actually say that? How can he simultaneously be so intelligent and so stupid? Still one of my favorite Spartans ever.

I’m pretty sure that’s fake, doesn’t sound like something he would say.

Definitely not fake. Just dumb lol

And that was completely after the play and totally different from Hayes’ play, so not sure what your point is?

Fun fact I was at that game 6 when Tim Thomas hit the money shot.

the two plays don't have to be the same to both be flagrant 2, since that threshold starts at "unnecessary and excessive contact" and goes up from there. a football-type push is definitely unnecessary and excessive

The difference is Jokic specializes and excels in traditional center play. He's thoroughly a center, just one that does everything else well also.

Curry does not specialize and excel in what is typically considered traditional point guard play, namely distributing the basketball. Not saying he's not a good passer, it's just not the focus of his game. Shooting is the focus of his game.

The labels are antiquated anyway, but Curry's much more of a shooting guard than point guard, in the traditional sense.

Ayton was +18 in a 3 point game. Dude clearly deserves a max deal and sacrifices his raw numbers for the betterment of the team.

So you think him winding up and charge and bulldozing him is just playoff play?

I'd agree FF are getting soft but there's no debating what he did was not a basketball play.

Also just want to reiterate that BI is for real. You could really tell just how much attention the entire Suns defense was giving him tonight and he still put up a super efficient 34/7/2.

Really fun series so far.
