Justa massive pain in the ass, kind of like a Vando but more dangerous when it comes to scoring, great role player.

Could have just drafted him.

He dropped to #21 in the draft. He was linked to the Wolves at various times. But the Wolves decided to trade up rather than trade down that year and grabbed Jarrett Culver instead.

Oops.

Wolves were mainly hoping to grab Garland though..they traded up to #6 hoping that Garland would be there but the Cavs took Garland with 5th pick and Wolves settled for Culver, who was the backup option.

Yes.

And it was indeed quite the gamble... that failed spectacularly.

Went from a dream game in game 1 to nearly my worst-case scenario game in game 3. Crazy highs and lows. Embarrassing for fans and the team, it's one thing to lose but how you lose makes a big difference too. Fans were pissed last night at the game, was a pretty bad feeling overall. Then today you got the media coming for our necks. Rough rough rough.
When luck shuts the door skill comes in through the window.

Near 20 years. No wolves game has ever made sick to my stomach like this one did.

Cant call yourselves professionals and blow two 25 pt leads. Or NBA ready coach and watch like a stunned bystander 21-0 run.

This series is over.

Can we please just lose regular way? Can't take another game like this.

Wolves better have a plan for what to do when the Grizzlies double KAT when he gets the ball. Someone has to get open out of it.

Your friends who didn't know... now they know.

I made my brother watch this game with me. No one ever does, NBA and sweden don't go hand in hand.

I will never ever make another soul endure a wolves game with me again.

Draymond with his great basketball mind shares his thoughts on our game well for 5 minutes:

I didn’t want to say too much Thursday night, when my emotions were so raw, so here are a few thoughts upon reflection:

1. Is this how the Clipper fans felt with our big come back in the one-game play-in?

2. I am generally a “glass half full” person, though it was tough Thursday night. But I will say that our team is as talented as the #2 seed (hardest hurdle for a small-market franchise), our team is very young, and our team has very little playoff experience. If the team learns from this bitter bitter pill, and if it provides motivation to stop making the same mistakes, maybe this helps when games become more important in future seasons.

3. I have this same thought about calling time outs. When I coach (albeit younger players), earlier in the season I don’t call time outs. I want the kids to develop some mental toughness, to feel the challenge of things going wrong, and find something in themselves to deal with it. Parents/fans don’t like me for it, since they are so used to seeing coaches call time outs. But to me, coaching, at least at that age, gives me an opportunity to help develop the person as much as it is about developing the skills.

4. We focus on the fourth quarter since it decided the game, but let’s not completely ignore the first or third.

5. The team might just fold tonight. However, they might all come back and refuse to let go of the rope. Thursday night, I wasn’t sure if I could stand watching another game this season, but now I’m curious. Win or lose, today’s game will tell us more about the franchise’s future.

I expect to see more of Prince to counter the Vanderbilt issue. Put him in the corner for better spacing. The rub is that Vanderbilt helps so much more on defense.

The other rub is that I thought Prince played a terrible game on Thursday. He's a vet though and should be ready.

Prince was awful in game 3, -18 in 6 minutes.

Our bench played really bad, couldn't score and were terrible on defense. I think we need to see Jmac, lack of a true PG hurt when Dlo was off the floor. Jmac gets exposed some on defense but he can run the offense and get some shooters good looks. Beverly had the right idea going at Ja on defense, but he shouldn't be taking 13 shots. Ant(13) and Kat(4) need to step up and be more aggressive scoring. We know Kat is getting doubled and tripled on the touch, and Ant is getting smothered whenever he drives, there has to be open shooters they just need to do a better job finding them. Kat needs to just settle down, I know he's frustrated and speeds up. Being aggressive is good, but he's playing stupid. Love the defensive intesity last game, offensive fouls were the problem. Grabbing Clarkes arm right in front of the official, that charge, and the blatant kick out that wasn't close. 3 huge fouls and terrible plays.

Vando's lack of a shot hurts, but his defense, rebounding and hustle is way too valuable right now to replace him. You'd like someone more complete, but he's what we got and the best option by far.
