This is a 2011 LeBron level meltdown.

We aren't even running action to get him open. He's not forcing it against the double teams which is smart but the fact that we aren't running multiple screens for him is infuriating

Nash does not know how to run a play tho.

I know you can pick apart the details but for me there's no excuse for looking so flat at least give everything. Win or lose Bruce can hold his head up!!

Hard to play smart when you don't have any structure offensively

At some point after the trade for Simmons, someone said that the team was Nash proof.

We are a primary case study on why coaching matters no matter how talented your best players are.

I feel like Nets played right into the Celts hand and did them a favor by taking Durant away from the one thing he's all time great at, scoring. It'd be different if he was being used as a decoy for his gravity but since there is no motion on the offense he's just isolated not touching the ball with Boston not even wasting energy and fouls to defend him. :nonono:

Exactly. Playing Durant off ball is fine. Having no action to get him moving to get shots is awful basketball

I thought it was you, but couldn’t remember. Didn’t want to assume my memory was right, so I played it safe and se-personalized it.

Nash sucks. I don't care.

Kevin Durant has been HORRIBLE. and there is no one else to blame but himself.

Kyrie has been fouled multiple times, no call.

And even Sarah just said we need to run actions to get KD open. She'd do a better job than Nash's dumb ass!!!

That was about as good as KD has passed out of the double team. Too bad Clax couldn't really do anything.

I’m not one to complain about fouls but the refs are not calling anything on the Celtics

There's an Avery Johnson meme out there waiting to be used in a reply to this.

Nash opting to have Durant stand around instead of running screen actions off ball to free him up is 95% of the reason why KD has been quiet.

Durant is actually playing smart this game. This isn't his fault it's Nash

Not gonna expect any adjustments in so far as Xs and Os, but there's no reason Nash should start the second half with Drummond out on the floor. He's been a huge negative and he's clearly checked out.

I would also go with Patty instead of Curry. He's brought good energy on defense and his shot has looked good in the limited attempts he's had so far this series. I really don't get why Curry is getting so many minutes when he's clearly being limited by the ankle injury he has.

Durant loves isos.

It was one of the main reasons he left Golden State. To play more iso ball.

Suddenly he can't score on 1 on 1 isos now?

Are you serious?

Tatum is shutting him down.
