I think Miami's status among the East's elite the last few years shows that Riley is indeed one of the greatest if not the greatest GM of all time. If LeBron had stayed, I don't doubt that the Heat would have retooled around him very effectively in the next couple of years.
How do you see it going? Do you see him winning at least another 2 titles in the last 8 years? More?
What if LeBron had stayed with Miami the whole rest of his career?

I think he wins another title in 2015
considering that Pau Gasol would have signed with them that offseason in 2014 if Lebron had resigned to the heat.
Plus with 2014-2015 being Whiteside's break out year and considering the fact if they still make the dragic trade that year.
I think they beat the Warriors in 6 games
As Wade and Whiteside along with Gasol and Dragic and Ray Allen off the bench to back up Lebron in the finals that year.
Is so much better than the 2015 finals Cavs line up which took the Warriors to 6 games.

Reggie Jackson is amazing and a killer in the clutch that's all.
