If I knew we would get two wins off the Grizzlies in the playoffs at the start of the year I would have been ECSTATIC. The only reason why things haven't been is because of the embarrassing loss and KAT's struggles. The way we lost those games really sucked. That said, I am still really happy with the progress this team made. We weren't going to go from scrubs to contenders in one summer.

The Grizzles were picked by some to win it all, they were picked to go deep in the post-season. We are giving them all they can handle in 3/4 games. That's a major accomplishment. We can't lose sight of the big picture. We have taken strides, we just have many more to take and that's ok, we are building something and getting results for the first time in years.

Seriously it’s the biggest pet peeve of mine in basketball.

They’re better off laying down on the court inside of the arc than playing any kind of defense.

Even Richard Jefferson was pleading for the team to just walk to the locker rooms. Barkley probably had a stroke

Does the clock keep running after a made basket? If so we shouldn't have been on the court at all.

No it stops. That was really dumb, know time and score. Your only real objective is to make them use up the full 4 seconds if possible, which is not at all hard with no timeouts.
You don't want to foul before the inbound, and you don't want to foul a shooter.
But then again I've seen crazy things like the Reggie Miller game vs the Knicks and the Chris Paul shirt tuck fiasco we had vs OKC.

Why isn’t Finch fixing all these mistakes?

One thing I learned is that the progress is not linear, nor granted. We all want Towns to fix all issues right now, but I am okay, if this team can play this series through all up and downs, regroup this offseason, players put a lot of individual work and come back stronger.

AROOOOOOOO!!

The most important thing is the win! And the Kat performance...

I really don't appreciate some mistakes that I have seen in the last 3mins (TO with really bad pass and stupid shot) but I hope we can fix them...

Let s get one more in Memphis now!!!

Ps: Bane didn't see a baskat but a bath tub!!I really hate him :)
"...I want to compliment him, we all expected that he would take up the game, we have prepared the plan race on him, we have doubled. And, as usual, he did what he wanted..."

So if the clock stops we still need to defend. Not tightly defend, but defend enough that we force them to use time. Otherwise they throw a pass all the way to the basket that is a layup taking half a second.

**** FELT NICE.

But man I hate the sight of Bane shooting from anywhere, swole ass Curry, if we lost again would had nightmares of his shooting.

while Ja was predictable and pedestrian, I was genuinly hoping he would get the ball and drive, instead of another game of blessed by desmond tutu holy 3s raining on us...

Situational awareness. We can go over 10 different scenarios that could happen with 4 seconds left and the losing team has no timeouts inbounding 96 feet away. Just the mere fact that ant is jumping in 5ft radius of bane is crazy thinking. Especially considering he made it. Probably wouldn’t have made it if there was incidental contact and a foul by ant, but why risk it?

If they want to heave it full court and score a quick 2. We have to inbound with an immediate foul. So there might be 1 second left after they score and foul. Intentionally missing fts and letting time expire on the rebound might be the smart move

Been very under the weather and couldn’t stay up for the game last night. Just saw it on the DVR. Ironic that Memphis complains about the refs when there were a ton of calls (Bev is grabbed by Morant but the foul is on Bev, V8 is shoved into Tyus but the foul is on V8, MCD has his arm grabbed and shoved into Tyus face by JJJ but the foul is on MCD, and much more,) that went against the Wolves. KAT had a nice bounce back, Dlo needs to get his **** together. The bench really let down but JMAC picked them up. Bane was crazy efficient, but I agree with Dane that you would rather he light you up then let Ja get 20 free throws.

Next game is crucial. I still think we can win it in 6. Important to note that we keep blowing double digit leads, but in order to blow them you have to take them. We have been better than Memphis for most of these games, but we need to stay strong and finish. Game 3 broke my heart and I doubt I am the only one.
