If that’s karma that is some weird karma given it opened things up for Grayson, I’ve never heard of karma working like this.

The goal is to win a championship. The Bucks and their fans embraced and defended Grayson and his dirty ways. In return, Middleton got injured, which will lead to them losing to the Celtics.

Idk, I think Grayson Allen absolutely killing the Bulls is karma for the stuff you've said in this thread. Pretty embarassing for you, but hey, that's just karma man, I don't decide how it works.TokeBulls wrote:Bucksmaniac wrote:TokeBulls wrote:Middleton getting hurt is karma for what Grayson did to Caruso.

Didn't need him. They have Bane and Melton is more than serviceable enough as the backup.

Well I’m ultimately ok with it happening, we’ve played better without Khris lately, perhaps because the role playing shooters on the team are freed up and know they have to produce in his absence.
Hopefully Khris comes back and accepts (and Bud crafts) more of a spot up shooting role and end of game handler to make free throws.

Re: Grayson Allen is such a good role player and I love him...
I'll say it again, if I'm a team this summer that needs shooting, the Bucks are one of the first teams I'm calling and if I'm the Bucks I'm listening.
Grayson is an excellent fit for this Bucks team when they have 2 of their big 3. He's showing this in the playoffs and showed it earlier this season when they were banged up.
But when all 3 are there, he's just not that great of a fit. They're a pretty iso heavy team between the 3 of them and there just isn't enough movement or shots for him to get in and stay in a rhythm. And to be clear this isn't me saying the Bucks are doing anything wrong, is clear this team works with their big 3.
But ya if I'm a team like the Mavs or the Pels (just two teams off the top of my head), they could really use a guy like Grayson. Give this guy off ball screens, make sure he gets 11-12 shots a game and he can be a really solid starting 2 guard in this league.

We need guys to take on larger roles as Jrue and Middleton age of. Allen fits that. Locked in at 9.3 million over the next two years to boot? Wouldnt come cheap.

If he keeps playing at this level, I have the Bucks for the repeat if they are reasonably healthy.
Guy looks very poised.
He's also more athletic than I realized.

So let me get this straight...karma, to some, for Allen hurting Caruso, is Middleton getting hurt so Allen can then light up the team two games in a row.
Some of you all have a bizarre definition of karma.

What would the Bucks get back in return that would make them better than just keeping Allen?

It would be really really hilarious if our own fans booed him for encouragement.

So, let me get this right: he has demonstrated - time and time again (even in a SUMMER LEAGUE GAME) - that he is a dirty af player, who engages in non-basketball plays like trying to trip players or hit them while they are defenseless in the air…and you LIKE him because people like me hate his dirty af guts, and because it riles people up on the GB? Do I have that right?
This is why the discourse on the GB devolves into smack fests - because of thinking like yours.
Or maybe the overreactions like yours are the problem.
I love the pearl clutching myself.

His take-down of Caruso was 25-game-suspension material. Never recall seeing anything as bad as that, and everyone's lucky that Caruso's been able to resume his career.

Now this is the comedy I come here for.
