He is a very good passer, but he lacks the range of tools Lebron can use to generate passes, among other things. And I've not seen him regularly throwing passes Lebron can't, though the reverse js true. I dont want to crap on Green because he is quite skilled but this isnt really close.

I think in a vacuum both would pass out in less then a minute.

Lebron by a clear and comfortable margin.

I don't even think it's close.

Yeah for me this is obviously LeBron. Green is extremely skilled obviously but is just not quite as capable of getting ball cross court as LeBron, nor is he as good when he's the primary ball handler setting up offense from scratch I think.

This is just disrespectful to LeBron to be honest. Green is an elite passer as well, but LeBron is just other worldly at so many other facets of passing, he uses his talent to pass his teammates open, Green will never be able to have the the amount of options he can generate off his own skills to create passes for his teammates like LBJ does.

Green maybe has more polished reads as a roll man on a spread offense? But... yeah, in a vacuum it's gotta be LeBron.

There's no world in which Draymond wins this and I love Dray. We've never really seen Draymond get the chance to playmaker out of PNR's as a ball-handler, which is obviously one of the things LeBron does best.

I think Lebron can just do more from a passing perspective - he has more arrows in his quiver

But Draymond is better with positioning (maybe the wrong term) I think. The way he can map out the floor mentally is unmatched

i never really understood exactly what people are looking for in these passing discussions

if your goal was to give one of these players the ball and have them set up a teammate for a good look in any way possible, obviously you're going with lebron.. his handles and scoring ability blow draymond's away.

or are we just trying our best to isolate passing by itself? i.e. maybe a hypothetical situation where the player has the ball and the opening is already there and then the question is comparing their vision / decision-making / passing accuracy in those situations.

lol what a joke and I can't believe that Draymond is getting 25% of the votes. Dude is crazily overrated offensively

maybe a better way to put it was "who is the -smartest- passer"

Draymond’s a good passer but not as good as LeBron. Also, nobody has posted an argument for Dray but he has 10 votes. I’m assuming these are the same 10 posters who upvote specific hate threads on GB.

I'm about as high as they come on Dray overall, but I still have LeBron by a small but clear margin.

No one's even mentioning that LeBron passes just as well with his left hand as he does his right lol. Draymond is a great passer but the answer is pretty clear lol
LeBron's NBA Cup MVP is more valuable than either of KD's Finals MVPs. This is the word of the Lord
