Character is everything.

You may be the most athletic specimen ever, but if your values conflict with the team/organization/teammates then I couldn't use you.

I can't stand Tom Brady, I hate him a passion, but I respect his character, his work ethic, his will to win.

I saw Kenny Smith on TNT made a good point...everything that Ben Simmons is saying has been about him:
- my contract
- my money
- my career
- my future

My my my my...that is what is wrong with teaching players to be individuals...to not teach values and morals. Allowing players to put themselves above the team, the game, the fans...because now they will put themselves first.

I thought for sure the Nets made out with the Harden-Simmons trade because Harden has poor character traits...but I am thinking that at least Harden will play, even if he has poor body language. But Ben Simmons won't even play just as a competitor.

I can't...I can't fathom not playing for my team when they obviously need you......

Ben and competition don't really go together that well, if you haven't noticed lol

Never has a less meaningful player been given more press than Ben Simmons.

My only response to this is, who cares.

The guy is getting paid millions for doing nothing and not playing basketball.

What motivation does he have to play?

It must be killing a competitor like him not playing in the biggest games.

it must be tough to be a nets fan and have to root for guys like ben and kyrie just because they wear your teams colors.

You don't have to root for sociopaths that do not want to play basketball, even when they are in your team colors. Fans are not employees.

I already see his problem: He has no gaming chair. That's a back injury just waiting to happen. With all that money and free time to research, you'd think he would have solved that riddle by now.

Honestly that is a fact. You don’t need to use green font.

If you sit for long periods of without a good gaming chair that has quality lumbar support it can can cause back pain.

Man this is looking close to doc rivers territory. The good thing is that Nash is probably gone next year. My prediction is that KD plays super fast and aggressive tonight. The Nets win. Then the Nets lose a close one in Boston late and everyone will be talking about how they would have won with Simmons

Of course I know this. That's why I have a Secret Lab Omega and not some dining room chair or what have you like he's seen in.

Why do people think it is a lock nash is fired when he is durant and kds hand-picked coach? If nash is fired kyrie is the biggest coach killer in nba history. He has never had the same coach for more than 2 seasons. That is pretty unreal. Also dont know what nash said that was bad there. You want him to scream about how simmons is letting the team down?

Simmons wants to get paid like a basketball player but not actually play it.

Actually I thought it said that he was expecting him to play which is what all the reports said

As far as Nash, if he stays it has more to do with him being Mark's guy imo. Handpicked or not, no one wants you when you seem to be in over your head. Lebron handpicked Russ also but do you think that he wants him back next year? If Boston sweeps, do you really think that KD would feel extremely confident of Nash being able to beat them next year even with Simmons? KD will definitely try someone else

I wonder what outfit Bench Simmons will wear tonight to stand out even more from everyone else.

It would be funny to see him wear something even more bizarre than than Westbrooks dress or Kuzmas extra long pink sweater.
