I don't think he's better than Jokic because he gets gassed in the playoffs and he doesn't clean the glass like Jokic does while keeping up the offensive load.

He doesn't have the stamina to be an everything player. Jokic gets the same amount of steals + blocks but far more rebounds.

If he was against the Warriors I think his defensive impact would not even be higher than Jokic's. He is not good at guarding the perimeter and he generally avoids doing so. He would get destroyed and break down physically running to guard 3s.

Offensively, he is far more limited if he doesn't get the calls he normally gets since he is not a great passer. Teams like the Celtics, Warriors, Heat and even Raptors make him work hard on offense.
