Let's put tonight's game behind us and start looking at our next game at home. Thursday time TBD. We're going to win that one.

What really hurts (in my soul mostly,) is that I know no lead is safe. We are good enough to build double digit leads in 4 of 5 games, and we only hold in two of them. Counting the regular season that is what 6 blown games against Memphis. We are cursed and the universe hates us :( :( :(. Not to mention the refs and the league :( :( :(.

I think we should bench DLo and start Beasley or McDaniels

Only a true wolves fan, knows the pain of being a wolves fan. Any other fanbase would be on cloud nine right now. Why? Because they would have won game 3 and game 5 and advanced to the second round. But not us. Never us. Even in the dream season the refs held us down, and injuries held us down. The inept drafting over more than two decades, the mishaps like an untucked shirt that cost us games, pulling defeat from the jaws of victory, we are cursed. No one, and I mean NO ONE, will ever truly know how this feels unless they live it. The people on social media and the general site will seek to rub it in, cheer at our falling down (like that somehow makes them taller,) but they will never get it. :( :( :(

I'm honest, even if we win game 6 I don't have many hopes (maybe none) of going to win in Memphis: we are too fragile psychologically and we have nobody, and I mean NOBODY, who in the key moments of the match keeps calm and knows what to do or to who to give the ball or what game to organize. Nobody. It seems to me that in certain moments everything is left to chance and to the character of the individual player: basketball is not played like this.

https://boards.grizzliesonline.com/topic/71156-memphis-grizzlies-vs-minnesota-timberwolves-round-1/?page=134

They’re already discussing who they match up better with, GS or PHX and this is just an anomaly because MN is a matchup nightmare for them. Lol.

I think minny is the better team. Bane has to hit >50% of his 3s on 10 attempts to keep Memphis afloat. Dillon brooks, JJJ and Ja shoot as well as advertised….they can’t.

Clarke has been a savior for them, for real. If DLo could be just avg, we would’ve put them away by now. Friday night can’t get here soon enough. I like the quick turn around on Sunday too for game 7. None of this 2 days in between stuff.

Anybody else get annoyed with PBs take fouls when Memphis is in transition? Dude needs to hold back on some of those since there’s like 2 teammates behind him.

Jaden's defense has been excellent so far in this series...he just needs to learn to box-out better.

I am also annoyed by the needless technicals Bev gets..all these games have been tight and every single point matter. A vet needs to know better

I have great hope of winning in Memphis we won one there already and came within an eyelash of winning another.

Some tweets from non-Wolves media..even lot of them feel like Wolves is the more talented team but they are their worst enemy due to dumb mistakes

I know my friend but Memphis gave us the opportunity to win two games at their home. We won one. We threw the other one out of the window. The biggest regret is not having taken advantage of their turnovers, their % of free throws and the evening not excellent from the 3-pointer (they shot 7/28)...The fear is that they will not give us another chance so succulent in a possible Game 7... :(

On the other hand we are gaining experience and maybe we don't let the next one slip through our fingers.

Whole team needs to boxout better... MCD, Ant, Reid, TP etc., whole team is watching the ball instead of working to get the ball..

Ant having 1 rebound last game was unusual and disappointing

You do realize that KAT played most of his minutes in foul trouble last night. He couldn’t be super aggressive on the boards because he needed to stay in the game.
