He’ll still dance. And chew his mouth-guard nonstop. It’s what he does.

I think the poster meant when curry was doing the “resting the head on the pillow” taunt. I mean this nuggets team is nowhere near the level of the warriors. It’s like when they used to play the rockets before cp3 got there, and we would wear harden out by game 3

Yeah, the way he personally injured his 2nd and 3rd best player and was forced to rely on Barton... yeah, he's the worst.

FYI Malone is actually underrated.

Gary Payton will be guarding ja

So who is curry guarding, Bane? I think his pinky is stronger than Curry. I agree that gsw don't look championship quality but not sure if anyone in the west can challenge with the injuries.

Everyone just forgetting how Dray and Steph just sat out the last 2 years to get picks and other players healthy.

I think Jokic + Gordon + the Warrior's bench would have beaten GSW's Big Four + Nuggets starters. :P

So cocky for a little guy (by nba standards).

He wasn’t always like this. He used to do his showboating more gracefully. But now it’s more in a “stick it to opponent” type way.

Jokic being 27 doesn't mean that much in terms of Denver's window. Having a complimentary team does. And they aren't getting any good draft picks unless they make a trade. They might be hamstrung with Porter. Who knows if Murray will be "Bubble Murray" again.

And teams are getting better all around. Joker could very well be Garnett in Minny.

Remember when Minny made the WCFs in 04? Garnett was 27 at the end of that season too. And he was the reigning MVP......

Kerr's rotations are horrendous and it shows on the court. The Suns, Bucks, Grizz, Celtics, and Heat will completely shut down this offense in its current form.

They’d be redundant on offense and liabilities on defense. It’s not a great pairing.

If you really want to be unfair. How about this unfair Euro combo Jokic and Giannis.

Jokic would probably be best paired with a Tatum type. Someone who plays lock down defense and can shoot the lights out. Giannis plays a lot of center, so there might be redundancy there.

Jokic has solidified that he is the best player on earth and to me Giannis is the only one within a solar system of Jokic...but if Jokic is the sun even Giannis is somewhere out in the Kuiper belt...rest of the guys light years away from Jokic...can’t see how he doesn’t 3 peat

Good job Dubs. Proud of the Nuggets for the fight. Expected outcome, but very competitive last three games.

Plenty for Jokic to work on over the summer, and Denver needs to keep seeking out better talent and get healthy.
Jokic 31/21/22
Luka & Oscar = 5 x 27/8/8
The Brodie = All-out energy

Seemed the nuggets were rotating better and letting jokic drop back more often and only close out in key moments. Seemed good until the 5 fouls and hamstring

Was a little more fun of a series for a team missing 2/3 best players. Murray will be good, hopefully MPJ will actually manage to stay healthy for the rest of his career so Joker has some great level teammates moving forward. Them and the Clippers should be a whole different storyline for next run's championship.

It’s part of the overall decline I think. It sucks.

I think he is declining but I don't think that's it. He finished 2nd in FT% for the season, unless he started declining during the PS.
