49ers have picks 61, 93, 105, 134, 172, 187, 220, 221, 262 (Mr. Irrelevant).
Of course, possibly overshadowing the 49ers draft itself, is a potential trade involving Deebo Samuel that could happen before the draft.
No spoilers.

Consider our FO's track record with first rounders (outside of the Bosa gimme), and then consider that they probably didn't seriously scout the first round this year, meet with prospects, etc. What are the odds that player hits?
Though honestly, as I reflect on it, I'm not entirely certain having less time for the process is a bad thing for these guys. It would probably mean they defer more to the scouts, which is probably to their advantage.

This year draft analysts are all over the place. The consensus today is that Trevon Walker is going #1 overall. And even that pick it’s still not 100% certain (a la Myles Garrett year; last year with Trevor Lawrence; the year prior to that in Joe Burrow; etc.).
The entire first round is sketchy. 2 / 3 weeks ago, a lot of mocks had Thibodeaux falling out of top 10. Within the last 2 days 95% of mock drafts don’t have him falling out of the top 8. He’s the player I want most solely to form a sick duo with Nick Bosa. Our defense would be truly elite.
Anyway to answer your question (players that I would want with the #10 pick):
1.) Kayvon Thibodeaux (very little chance)
2.) Derek Stingley Jr. (highly unlikely)
3.) Sauce Gardner (highly unlikely)
4.) Evan Neal (extremely unlikely)
5.) Kyle Hamilton (very likely)
6.) Tyler Linderbaum (will be available, so trade down)
7.) Kyle Hamilton (will be available)

Yeah I would almost rather trade for a 1st rounder next year and more later picks this year.
But your answer didn't really answer my question. If we get to pick 10 tonight, who would have to be there for you to be okay with pulling the trigger on a Deebo trade now

I thought I did, Thibodeaux!! He’s the only player that can balance the impact of losing the best player on our team in Deebo.

Lions pick already in.
