That was tough. Good series, Pels. Much respect. See you again next year, for sure.

Hats off to the Pelican's and great game by the Suns. Still hats off to the Pelican's no doubt at all, never expected this and if Zion comes back... OMG what a team to put fear in the west. Not sure I trust his health or call them favorites still but they could evolve into that. Suck it AD!

LeBron
Ben Simmons

Embiid.

Paul's not even close.

Paul flops more than all of them, bitches all game, borderline dirty. I'm not sure anyone outside of Phoenix even likes him.

Willie Green in tears. Never seen a coach in tears after losing a series.

Good for you Willie Green. I hope Draymond learns something about what tears mean. Emotions aren't anything to ever be ashamed of.

I have no clue how the review works in those situations, but I think the team would need a review there. Would Alvarado get the call though, or would they call it inadvertent since he had gathered and was going up for a layup?

Looked like CP3 swung his elbow which is deemed reckless. Can still be ruled a flagrant 1, which in any other game with any other player it would’ve been.

I mean.. it is Chris Paul, he obviously did it on purpose. He kicked the guy in the dick in the last game. He is absolutely one of the greatest point guards of all time but also one of the scummiest in-game. You can write it off as being uber competetive but it is still scummy af.

Indeed. Go back to MJ it surely happened, like Charles Smith being blocked he had contact. MJ's Malone strip. Giannis gets away with a lot to. I am sure Lou Alcindor did too when the Bucks won. There is a time when they let it play and it isn't always fair. You try to judge the feel of the game and the feel always tends to favor the stars of the moment. Still there is almost always a foul or infraction of some type but we like the playoffs best when they play through

One thing about that Paul play too was the refs called the foul before the elbow. So what is the rule on that if there was a foul before an elbow? Do they just disregard the initial foul and call the 2nd foul?

Same. I thought there was something about refs able to look at a call within two minutes left in the game?

I know they can review out of bounds

EDIT: Nevermind, they changed that to only be done with Coaches Challenge

Chris Paul is insane. Top 15 player all-time. CP3 vs Kobe is a real debate.
Now that's the difference between first and last place.

Aaaaw look at Coach Green. You can see how much the achievement of this season means to him. Great stabilizing force for the team, and this series a great foundation for the Pels going forward.

Suns got a good test for the next round.

An out of shape Zion would have hurt the team more than helped and I don't think Zion has ever been the best defensive player so he would have hurt on both sides of the ball.

When did cp3 choke?

You denying cp3 being clutch is pretty absurd
