Pretty sure Mitchell would have a panic attack if he had to play with Gobert at his next destination.

Id prolly do a Kuminga/Poole for Siakam deal right now if it was offered ...It just makes sense for both teams timelines much more...Siakam would keep Curry/Klay/Draymond hunting titles on their last legs while we get Kuminga to pair with Barnes and Poole who is a 22 year old sharpshooter/Scorer but tbh i doubt Warriors would do the deal sadly as they prolly want to make Poole their next Curry and Kuminga to be their prospect for the future to pair with him.

Siakam to the Hawks? In a straight up trade? They'd have to sell the farm to get me to like that.

Siakam & change for Capela, Huerter, Hunter, and Okongwu and I probably still wouldn't do it. They'd have to include their picks into the discussion as well.

Though Windhorst dominated Woj on the Simmons-for-Harden trade.
I cant forget his "IT IS AN OPEN SECRET THAT DRAGIC will be traded to the MAVS by that November date due to some trade restrictions"...I cant quite remember if the package included both Brunson and Moses Brown

Windy didn't even go that far. He said "he thought" Siakam POTENTIALLY could be available for the right trade.

This is "Inception"-level weasel wording.

He's coming off a monster season and just about to enter his prime. Same age as when KD signed with Golden state.

You only trade him if its for a MEGA package but that likely isn't happening.

Definitely a top 2 guy on a contending team and those are hard to find.

Would sure solve our depth issue. Putting Capela into the starting lineup and then having Huerter, Hunter, Okongwu along with Precious, Boucher, Thad, 33rd pick...

It's an intriguing idea.

Capela and his defense fell off a cliff last season. he's a huge part of the reason Atlanta had such a down year and why their defense was so awful last season

Atlanta would love to move on from Capela but teams should be weary about taking him on in anything more than a salary dump

The great thing about the Raptors situation is that they’re in the perfect position to go many different directions. But does anyone think that OG, Siakim and Barnes are going to be a successful fit long term? I see 3 guys who’s best position are the 3/4 and none can play Center for extended periods of time.

I think if eventually one of Siakim, Van Vleet or Trent Jr. needed to be traded or not resigned if we intend to give Barnes the keys to the offence.

Sounds more like he was saying the Hawks could use Gobert.

I sort of agree, but throw in Precious and it's a different equation. In 3 years Embiid will be irrelevant and the last big remaining will be Jokic. These guys are both MVP candidates and teams aren't doing anything to account for them. Compare that to the every team trying to find a "LeBron stopper" over the last two decades.

Pascal is not going anywhere unless its for a true star. I was really skeptical of him but after this season he showed me that he's able to win us a game or two in the playoffs being the main option. That can't be said for many players. He's a top 15-20 player in the league currently

I hate these type of "reports" because everyone on the team could be "available for the right trade"

If DAL came to Masai and said they'd do Doncic for Barnes, as much as we love Barnes, Masai would drive him to the airport.

I’m not sure.
We’d be competing with a number of other teams, right?
He’d be ring chasing… so would he even want to come here?

In Masai I’d trust.

I'm all for trading anybody but Barnes at this point for the right price but Hawks don't have one for Siakam.

If the Hawks offer Trae for Pascal, you need to at least listen to it.
