Kyrie's head has been all over the place for about 4 years. Prior to that he was every bit the player he was touted as. Nowadays? Who knows. He barely played this year.
he was so much of a driving force that such team went 7 games into the ECF without him

Small sample size skewed by that awful series against Milwaukee in which he quit and I don't defend him for that. But I don't see any decline in his overall play, just the opposite, he is more efficient than ever. He needs to stay helthy.

He went on his sister's 30th birthday and missed 3-4 regular season games which was essentially a load managment, which is something that today's players do a lot. Totally meaningless situation blown up by the media like Stephen A Smith.

The problem is, Nash just had no idea where Kyrie was in the first day...Kyrie has had drama like this a lot in his career, especially since he left Cleveland. He don't need a coach according to him too.

NBA is filled with drama and Kyrie is definitely an eccentric personality. I just don't see a decline in his level, he is still playing great, but this is a team sport.
to be honest, he's not good enough to warrant THIS amount drama. He's more likely to destroy your team than drive it over the top.
He's a great iso player who wants to iso too much while being point guard size and with limited defense. Not enough of a creator for others to drive a truly great offense unless he a lot of talent around him.
That’s a borderline all nba level play, and that's not enough to put up with that.

Forget about handles, tell me the players in NBA history capable of doing that.

José Calderón averaged 9 apg* and shot 50/40/98 in the same season.

Forget about handles (he has Jordanesque turnover rates), tell me the players in NBA history capable of doing that.

Spoiler:
* rounding up from .9 and .97, but Kyrie didn't average 27 ppg either

27 ppg is corelated to 50-40-90 percentages, Calderon's 9 assists aren't. If you are trying to do mental gymnastics, you gotta do better than that. What's next comparison, maybe Kobe and Navarro? Kawhi Leonard and Carlos Jimenez?
50-40-90 is useless, only ts% counts if you want correlate with usage

Okay, fine, how many players in history have shown that level of volume shooting ability combined with elite ballhandling.

The ballhandling by itself doesn't mean that much tbh outside of its impact on his shooting because he tends to shy away from contact in the paint and doesn't really see the floor that well. So mentioning it to go with the shooting doesn't mean that much compared to say if you were saying high volume shooting % to go with great passing or defense or driving ability.

I disagree, it's not like he is fighting people or something, he just says stuff. Drama around him is overstated. I agree that he is not enough of a creator for others and I consider him more of a shooting guard. He had 3 season ending injuries in last 5 seasons, that's by far his biggest problem.
