Yup, I’ll avoid all sports talk, local and national, the next 3 days.

He was amazing in game 1. Just need 3 more from him this series. We go as Jrue goes.

Well, I'm certainly less cocky after a loss than I am after a win. I'll give the Celtics that.

I felt we could've done better drawing up plays for Bobby/Grayson/Pat. We just tried to iso and kick the entire time and it just wasn't working.

The longer this series goes the more it favors the Bucks, especially with all the games every other day now after game 3. I would bet major money the winner of game 3 will win the series.

It definitely does since Giannis is such a maniac that he would run through a wall to win and will keep doing it over and over again.

I feel we weren’t even kicking. It was just iso and throw up a shot. Has this team ever shot fewer threes in the bud era?

Bucks were no good but that shooting from the C's is not sustainable, they couldn't even sustain it in to the second half. I've never seen a man go from so hot to cold within one game like Jaylen Brown.

Anyway, work to do. I'll take the split so far.

Honestly, probably not. It was tough to watch. Bud better come up with some new sets. We've been in worse positions last year vs BKN and PHX. I believe. Eternal optimist.

Feels like there were 10 opportunities to get it to within 10 in the last quarter and a half and then the whole game changes.

Bud/Giannis/Jrue has to be a lot better or we will lose. The shooting for them isn’t sustainable over a series but hot shooting can last multiple games and playing the math game will have you down 3-1 quick.

No more Giannis ball handling, it sucks, it’s terrible for the 4th year in a row, everybody involved deserves blame from the analytics crew to the the guy putting the film together to the guys sitting in the corner. We will not win another game if that’s our offense plan going forward.

Giannis not being able to be beat Williams or Horford one on one is a huge concern, Jrue having to resort to backing down bigs to score is concerning too, I think he’s lost all confidence in that step back that was a go to. I agree with van gundy that the Celtics are still relying on the three too much and that might bold well for us moving forward, still don’t want to rely on the math too much and be more flexible.

One **** frustrating game is just one game after all, HCA is ours now. Best of 5 with us having 3 games at home, we either play better and take control like the defending champs we are, or we lay down and lose. The bucks are capable of winning this series for sure.

I’d feel a lot more optimistic if we had Middleton like last year. With Khris we can iso him. Giannis and holiday aren’t nearly as good at the iso game and the Celtics will surely play single coverage once again

We lost the game in the first 5 minutes.

Went down by 15 & never really got close again.

Giannis, Jrue & Bud came out the gates horribly — no clue what the hell they were doing. I don’t think they made more than 1 pass in a possession.

Jrue was just wandering around out there & Giannis was tossing up jumpers and turning it over.

We got destroyed by -48 from 3, but credit to them for running us off the line.

Jaylen Brown going 9/10 for 25 points on all jumpshots in the 1st half basically blew the game open.

Keys for next game:

- Brook needs to stay out of foul trouble

They still can’t score in the paint & Tatum can’t do anything against him and was kept in check until Lopez exited.

- No need to over commit on Tatum anymore — Wes has done phenomenal on him.

- Giannis needs to play smarter, make better reads & be more under control. They were single covering at the start but he was just too casual early on.

- Get Brook & Bobby some post touches early. They’ve done very well down there & it would atleast settle the offense.

Didn't catch the first half ( just radio) but it did seem that when we did kick out for a three our shooters seemed hesitant plus Boston was doing a good job of closing out. We really had horrible ball movement , a lot of iso or just one pass. Boston's defense is good , have to make them work !

So, like, whose hands are you putting it then? We have two ballhandlers on the team right now.

I seriously want Giannis to post up Darvin Ham 6hrs a day until Friday, and learn how to draw a foul with his back to the basket.

And, then, have the team spend the other 18hrs each day going through half court offense set plays.
I needs shades for this future thing we owning..... 8-) 8-) 8-)

It’s time for Fiserv to become a fortress again. Crowd needs to give them hell early.

I’m usually as pessimistic as they come. This was a do or die game for Boston though. If they lost this the series was 99% ours statistically. Yeah I’m mad how we came out like we were satisfied going home 1-1 but with 3 days off it’s a brand new series come Saturday.
